We stopped here for the 1st time today, my husband was eager to try it. He ordered cheese enchiladas, I TRIED to order the Machacas breakfast burrito. I don't know if I mispronounced it, she looked confused. So I tried again, got no clarification, so I pointed to it. Nothing. Counted down to it. Nothing. Stated it was between the bacon burrito and the chorizo. She recognized Chorizo, but we corrected her, saying it was the one right above it. She waved an older man over, tried to clarify. I heard cho4izo again,I stopped her and him. Said NOT CHORIZO. Tried again, to clarify. They APPEARED ATO GET IT, but, I leave there with little confidence. Which was correct. We get home, BOTH orders are wrong. I ended withthe bacon burrito. Which would be OK, I love bacon. But the bacon, tasted old, dry, and was unchewable. I picked all the bacon out of my $7 burrito, and was left with unmelted cheese, and scrambled eggs. My husband's meal wasn't even in the ballpark of correct. Why didn't I just go back? Because not a single person I spoke with, out of 4 that I tried to speak with, spoke English well enough to get the order right, let alone fix it. So, unless you speak some minute amount of Spanish, do not bother for the foreseeable future. The language barrier is just too much, I guess? Spanish culture is beautiful and natural and I'm for knowing multiple languages, despite my inability to learn a new language. I just think if you're going to be a public business and have someone taking orders, they should know enough to take an order, in English. The food could be great, for all I know, and I just got the 1st bad impression? But why would I go back with the obvious language barrier? I...
Read moreLet me start out first that it was pretty cheap good prices for very big food. If you are hungry go get one of their like $10 burritos they're gigantic literally huge. For me though I wasn't satisfied all the way because I bought chips and salsa but the salsa consists of tomatoes onions and cilantro no liquid to the salsa or anything and they put it in a foam container that has a lid and then they throw the salsa next to it which like I said is just vegetables no juices with the vegetables or anything I was unsatisfied on that part. And my burrito which is called the Spokane burrito or something like that had fries in it which I was not very happy with in my burrito. My burrito was just kind of not very flavorful. And the sauce Island I would call it where you can get your your sauce for your burritos or whatever was very annoying because people were overcrowding it. There was a lady there even dropping a few drops on her hand just to try each salsa I believe I was very disgusted on that part and they overtake so much sauce when they're taking their food to go. There should definitely be a limit on how many you can take and also with the jalapenos people were taking way too many of those in a little Ziploc bag which is next to them. Some people can be so greedy. I understand it's a new place and I'm not being mean I'm just saying what I saw and the disappointment. But otherwise you can eat really cheap here and it is really good I just ordered the wrong burrito for me my kids were satisfied and very happy and everybody else seemed very happy in there eating. So I do...

Server named Guadalupe stole money from me on 7/30/24 around 8:40, and no doubt KNEW what she was doing. She was working the drive through.
I handed her 2 5$ bills and was given .20c back. She closed the window. When she came back I told her I gave her 2 5s and she said no. I said yes I did. She then showed me a receipt that rung me up for 9.80 after tip. I was fine with this as there was a language barrier and I figured maybe she thought I was saying “keep the rest”. I then realized that, she kept the receipt, and my change would have been 20c had I handed her a 5 and a 1. The fact she also denied I handed her 2 5s at first is also weird…. Plus who would ever tip 4.80 on a ~6$ order? Really random number to just expect someone to take as a tip without saying something… If she thought the rest was a tip I would have not gotten change back…
She tried to pull a fast one. She knows what she did… mistaking someone overpaying as a tip is one thing… denying and trying to hide the fact you stole is another. The fact she gave the 20c back shows that she knows how to get away with this act and it was very likely not the first time. It means that this behavior is also premeditated.
I’m not upset about the money. I’m upset that I was fleeced by one of your employees, and the fact she tried to play it off and lie. Luckily I’m not struggling TOO bad, I just hope she’s the type of thief that wouldn’t steal from someone down...
