In response to the owner, someone made an executive decision to close all the bathrooms and not use anything reusable on bloomsday; My guess is so that they didn't have to tend the bathrooms or wash dishes. Line was out the door, long wait, but I still treated everyone with respect and tipped extremely well; despite the interactions with the barista.

Coffee was pretty good. Food was ok, but small portions and over priced. I prefer smaller portions, but it must taste better then this for what it cost.

Biggest reason I'll never come here again is the service. Barista with the dreads was extremely rude. I had 3 interactions with her and every response was short, snarky, and unwelcoming. I believe in spreading kindness, it's sad that she treats people this way. She called my name for my order, I pick up the food and drinks grouped together. She then says in a super rude slow tone "is your name Spencer? That is not yours". My thought was, why did you group them together and call my name then?

Lastly all bathrooms were "out of service" and the rude barista looked up and said "right out there" with a condescending tone pointing to the porta potty, really? Also not a single reusable item was around. Single use everything. I'm guessing this was because of bloomsday, glad to know the environment takes a backseat for busy business days. To me this place isn't what it preaches, just trying...

Agree with previos comments It’s misery to wait in their lines, zero concern with being efficient, and baristas are very chatty. Baristas don’t do anything to move people fast through the line. I was second in line and there was a couple of people asking about every item in the menu and talking about other unrelated stuff with the barista. I set my table in the mid time and went back to the line, the people first in line were still looking at the menus unaware that they were other clients in line ready to order. The baristas could have take other orders while these people were still deciding (like in any other cafe). Then after other 5 min they started ordering but midway their order they start talking with barista about his jacket! 🤯 I asked the other barista if I could get my order. No, the only solution was to wait until the friendly chat about every topic in the world finish! Clients might be unaware of other people in line whose time deserve respect. That’s when the baristas...

This is a very cozy coffee place! The bathrooms are v-e-r-y clean. It rubs me the wrong way that the restroom requires codes but at least they didn't try to hold my hand while unlocking the door for me like Starbucks on Division did. The coffee & Tea is good - raw sugar & creamer on the side...it's the best, the only way! I have had bad customer service experience here like twice but it's all good. The employees are so neat w/the exception of a few but not enough bad apples to stay away. The shop has a moral compass & family values - safe space for believers. I wish they were open longer b/c this coffee business is the nicest one downtown Spokane; if you know a better place then hit me up or catch me outside b/c I found most of these coffee shops down here just awful...the employees are normally rude and ready to leave an hour before closing; they sweep, clean, and even remove signs to make it look like closing time.

If you have not yet found your go to coffee shop... this is the place! The coffee here is always great! You can not go wrong with anything that you order. I always love trying the seasonal drinks, but a caramel latte, white chocolate mocha, and the the lemon latte is always a great choice. My favorite milk substitute is definitely the oat milk. The oat milk adds a nice touch to the coffee. But what I love more than the coffee here, are the hours. This is the only place in town that is open late. The atmosphere and vibe is unbeatable. All the baristas are super friendly and nice. And this place is so photogenic! Every corner of this place is so cute! And my favorite are the paintings! So if you are looking for a spot to do homework, work online, read a book, catch up with a friend, etc. this is the perfect place. #supportlocal
