I've been in now a number of times and the experience mirrors itself each time. Walk in, no one greets you even when the store is nearly empty. Want to try on clothes? Good luck finding someone to guide you to the dressing room. Upon check-out the one time I did buy something the cashier seemed unfriendly and extremely transactional with little to no customer service skills. I normally would give this a pass had it been busy and crowded but this time there was literally no one else in the store with me besides the 2 employees. Speaking of the two employees and mirroring my first statement, they seem to be perpetually understaffed with only 2 or 3 people working at any given moment. Read moreI was told they would be closing for an hour from 3-4pm even though their website stated no such thing while the employee literally stood in the doorway and blocked my entrance. I was wearing a face mask and as I looked inside could clearly see plenty of people shopping inside with no intention of leaving. I was dressed appropriately enough and I had more than enough money to spend but maybe I just wasn’t part of their ideal demographic.
