Jacob's Java — Restaurant in Spokane

Before my last experience, I would always have decent service regardless of the worker; it wasn't until this last time that I had gotten a sour attitude from an employee. It was shocking because I had never thought I'd receive an eye roll from a barista- especially when they had made my order wrong despite my being clear about what I wanted- but this gal's entire demeanor changed so negatively. It was because of her reaction that I had become increasingly worried that she may spit in my drink after remaking it. Increased tensions in the local community make it hard for a congestion causing business (let alone two within four blocks) to exist with residents. Further tensions arise when cops just sit and chat with baristas for 20+ mins at a time round 7pm. I get it, you need a break as does everyone else.... maybe not here and maybe not when crime is rampant around you. I disapprove of the location and the use of law enforcements time. I go to this place 3-4 times a week- they never remember me even though it’s the same baristas every time. I order the same exact drink every time and it always costs $5 even. Now all of the sudden I am being charged an additional .25 per drink for no reason whatsoever. Is this legal? The location on 17th still charges only $5 but this one charges more. I guess I’ll just have to go somewhere else from now on. Super bad service here, go...
