McDonald's — Restaurant in Spokane

I drive truck all over the inland north west . That being said I have seen some well managed stores. There will always be room for improvement as we are all only human and mistakes happen. Today I have the flu and trying to recover miracoulsy though my appetite has been reduced because of being sick I had the craving for a chicken sandwich a d the famous hot fresh McDonalds fry. This was the only thing I have wanted in two days. I bribed a family member to retrieve me what I craved.Communication is important ,I take it serious. I made sure my family member knew and did convey politely that I would prefer a hot fresh salty fry. We live approximately 3min from this store. The end result was consistant with the last two visits over the course of the last few months at this particular location. Cool and stale. Almost seems as if out of spite for requesting...... Not sure that I even should be requesting fresh food....Shouldn't it just be... Since being verbally being told by an employee on one other occasion that of course they were "Sorry for the inconvinence", with what appeared to be a less than sincere smirk I thought I would try this. I am very upset and disappointed as this has happened on multiple consistant occasions. I will not be visiting this location for quite some time if at all again! This McDonald's usually has all their shit together but not tonight. Stopped there about 1030p, ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal large size with unsweetened ice tea and a 4 piece chicken strips. Had to repeat the order 3x when ordering because the gal for the life of her could not get the order correct on the reader board. The only thing we requested specific was the 2 cheeseburgers to have meat and cheese only. That wasnt done, like it went in one ear and out the other. Got to the window and the lady says.."here's your sweet tea, good thing she said that cause we dont drink sweet tea and we specifically asked for unsweetened tea when we placed the order. I told her we needed unsweetened tea, you'd of thought ask for her 1st born, the look was not customer friendly! When we got home we unwrapped the cheeseburgers to realize this person can't follow simple directions. The cheeseburgers had everything on them, cmon people really!! We wanted to try the new chicken strips. They were nasty! Soft, gooey and greasy, absolutely nothing like the chicken mcnuggets. We will never order those again. I went through the drive thru after midnight. Probably between 12:30-1:30AM. There was a long line out to the street so I expected to wait a while and I did. But when I got to the 2nd window I saw 4 workers. One young woman named Cadence(and she was absolutely wonderful. Quick, kind and professional) She was moving and grooving non stop. There was one other gentleman is a maroon hoodie and glasses…he was also working hard. Now here’s my complaint: There were two other workers standing in front of the food window. One holding an empty bag, waiting on food I assume. Then there was an off shift supervisor named Jesse who was just standing there joking and playing around. I asked “why isn’t he doing anything?” Also “why is he behind the counter if he’s off shift?” Why with a line to the street isn’t EVERYONE working? When she told me he was off shift I became even more frustrated that he was slowing down my order because he was “chopping’ up with coworkers”. If he was on a break or something I get that but there is a break room for a reason. As a customer that has just waiting 15-30 minutes the last thing I wanna see is a worker not working and furthermore slowing down my order increasing my already ridiculously long wait. Please...
