I went here and ordered a couple cheeseburgers and a soft drink. I got the cup for my soft drink and decided to sit down and wait for my order. 20 minutes pass, I get up and look over... nothing. I thought "maybe they thought I left" so I moved to a more open place near the registers. 10 minutes pass. I look over... Nothing. I decide to move closer where they couldn't possibly miss me even if they tried. 15 more minutes pass. The employee who took my order sees me sitting there and says to another employee "Hey could we get a couple more cheeseburgers made?" 5 more minutes pass. My order comes up and I take it and leave. Where do I even begin with this? First of all, they were not even remotely busy and a couple burgers shouldn't seem like too much... right? Second, they didn't ask me if I wanted a receipt or if was for here or to go. I don't even work in fast food and I know that's a thing you are supposed to ask a customer. Third, the fact that they basically forgot my order, and only after moving myself to a location where they could see me, actually get the food ready. I know that fast food isn't luxurious or anything, and I know that working in fast food is supposed to be really lame, but I feel that if you have a lot of employees on staff that seem like cheerful people, being professional in their occupation should be important. I would expect this kind of stuff from Zips, but definitely not McDonald's. I'm sure it'll probably be better next time, but for right now I feel like they have too many employees doing absolutely nothing. (as a side note they put a free apple pie in there for the wait, so I guess it didn't turn...
Read moreThis review is specifically about the supervisor working today and during previous visits. Either she doesn’t understand how mobile ordering works or just refuses to do her job, but she’s consistently rude, dismissive, and flat-out wrong.
My husband gave her the mobile pickup code and she snapped at him saying it didn’t exist. He repeated it—same exact code—and she snapped again, claiming that wasn’t what he said the first time. Of course, they did have the order, no apology, no accountability.
Today I ordered from home (I’m sick), marked “I’m here” like I’ve done at least 20 times before, and got the code. My husband went to pick it up and she insisted there’s no way to get a code unless the phone is physically at the restaurant—which is just false. She wouldn’t check, told him the order didn’t exist, and sent him away. I called to cancel, but she said it couldn’t be refunded because the food was already ready. So which is it?
My husband goes back. Not only is the food not ready, she starts arguing with him, refuses to give her name, then flat-out ignores him. Even though she claimed the order was done, he stood there waiting another 15 minutes. So now our food is cold and we’re out the money.
For context, my husband is a manager at a fast food restaurant too—he knows how things work and always treats employees with patience and respect. This isn’t some customer overreacting. This was just the worst service we’ve ever had.
Do yourself a favor and skip this location. There’s another one five minutes down the road that actually knows how to handle orders—and their staff treats people...

You come to expect great things from McDonald's in the past they're getting lower marks because of customer service well this time I give this McDonalds five stars not only because of their customer service. Now the bathroom is extremely clean. The doorways are extremely clean. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely fabulous me clean. Tiffany was my server excellent cashier excellent attitude and then mystical and he's one of the managers great attitude. Now I can mend this entire team on putting the T back in team. This restaurant deserves all of your business thanks in part to its leader he leads by example. That's why I'm talking none other than Tony the general manager. The general manager has a lot of work to do in the community not only by running his restaurant. But also by direction of its employees this particular meaning by example and that is a true McDonald's manager.
