Great atmosphere to take family or to hang and play a game. We were a hit and miss on food. Our smash burgers which three of us had didn't taste or feel anything like a smash burger. Left all of us disappointed. Couldn't taste that the bun was sourdough as it tasted like a dried out regular bun that had sat for far too long. We loved our dill fries! Another member of our party was disappointed with what she thought the dill pickle fried side was, but that was just confusion (they are fries) The line was sooo long. And moving slowly. With two women sitting and going slow and casual before the game which is clearly a busy time. Find some hussle ladies. One can be prepping the drinks first then the other can get the rest of the order and pay. Instead they both stare at you until the order is paid for then start prepping the drinks. No information about what to expect or grab things nor a "have a great night". I'd rather ring myself up on an iPad or app instead of dealing with the awkwardness and line. Good positives, our kids loved their meals, the burgers and chicken strips were plain (we appreciated) and well liked by the kids. We ran out of time to eat as our order took longer than expected so heads up if you come here, it's worth it for seating and atmosphere just give yourself an extra 30-45 for the line and the wait after ordering...
Read moreAnother great time at Victory Burger! We were heading to the Barry Manilow show at the Arena and decided to grab some dinner before the show. The Wonder Building was hopping and lively with people having fun. We got the club sandwich and the fries with vinegar and that delicious aioli. OMG, the fries here are the best anywhere. Each and every person we encountered was friendly and professional. and we look forward to our next trip!
Popped in for lunch around 1pm. Wonder Building was hopping but we were greeted right away. We ordered two burgers that were both really good. Mine was a classic cheeseburger and my husband did the mushroom burger. Both were well seasoned, hot and delicious. LOVED the bun and the dill pickle fries. Soda and a beer rounded it out. We are looking forward...
Read moreWe were a group of 6 adults and all ordered burgers. The chef that owns this restaurant, Ethan Stowell, needs to make a trip from Seattle to do a secret dine in to QC the food. The buns fell apart in our hands and the burger patties were super well done, unfortunately. (I suggest cooking them to 155°F and not 1 degree more to retain the juices). My side garden salad was obviously made ahead of time because all the croutons were soggy. I suggest to add them at the time of service. Lastly, the bar seats are wood... so not at all comfortable to sit on. The same goes to your other restaurant, Tavolàta. I think our butts now have PTSD from these two restaurants. I hope you can make these small changes because it would be a shame if you don't having these prime...
