it came in 50 minutes later i ordered 20 minutes more than what it says online, and as I was calling to ask about it all I got was excuses of being busy, I understand busy businesses but at least "i;m sorry for your order being late" would of been nice. Also when i got the pizza it came in all over the box, and it did not look appetizing so I called back to tell them about the problem, all i got was more excuses of being busy and not a sorry for the mistake. As the call went on he gave me two options, remake and resend or a credit, right after that statement he told me i need to pick one because he dont have the time to argue with me. At that moment I got mad and asked him if i bring the pizza back to the store, will i get a full refund, and he said yes, that would be possible and hung up. it took me 7 minutes to get to the store, and once i got there there were no carry outs, and only couple boxes on the oven top for orders. The busy night that they were having must of been a snapchat selfie party, because it looked dead to me. As i showed the lady the pizza and how it came coldish, and the thing crust all over the box, she simply took the pizza slices one by one and make it whole and told me see it could of been fixed, and that she dont see the problem here. Not even apologizing for the time flame i got the pizza, not even how can we help you to resolve this issue, straight into blaming me for not fixing the pizza myself. As a customer, i would not have to fix the food that i paid for, because if i get a broken phone, and try to return it because its broken they store dont tell me to fix it myself because its a easy fix. This was the most worst customer service i have gotten from any place, not even just food industry. After about 5 minutes on the phone with her gm, i was simply was to simply go back, and comeback tomorrow morning because the refund is not possible tonight, even though the employee on the phone told me that i could get the refund back. So basically i wasted my time ordering, waiting, and driving back to the store for nothing because as of right now my card is still being charged by this company. I think its outrageous how the customer service was tonight. hopefully this will resolve some issues for future but I want my money back and more because of the time and stress it cost me. Now i have to either make food or order another one from different company and waste more money. Also I am late for the movie premier that I was suppose to go, the new movie that i been waiting for years to come out, i had to kill the ticket because of this order. Read moreAbsolutely WORST experience with the store manager named SUSAN. EVERY TIME, I order the same thing, large thin crust, and EVERY TIME, I order PIE CUT, instead of the million small pieces they cut it into. Reason being, by the time you make it home, it COLD and it is nasty when reheated. So ONCE AGAIN, it was made incorrectly. I called and SUSAN came on the phone and was the most RUDE, AGGRESSIVE and LOUD person I have ever encountered.
Not only did she tell me that I had had “free” pizzas in the past, which is exactly due to the reason described above, but she proceeded to lecture me about the “time slot” that I order is busy and the staff don’t have time to read instructions and default to what the order generally is, (the small million pieces cut), that the print on the box is small and that it I had had “enough” free pizzas.
I could not get a word in edgeways. Unless I am I’m the twilight zone, I believe that I should get what I order and it is their POLICY, according to commercials, to MAKE IT RIGHT. But no, SUSAN was blaming me!!! I have lived in this area or the past 15 years and I have ALWAYS ordered from this place. I WILL NEVER EVER order here again.
Corporate main office should take note, or at least the owner of this location. Fire her! She is the most atrocious manager I have encountered and a disgrace to this business . Loud, rude and plain offensive screaming on the phone, I am disgusted! Last time I checked, I don’t have to accept an incorrect order and be reprimanded on top of it like it is my fault that the staff doesn’t read instructions. Oh yeah, she lectured me about NOT saying anything about the staff, DESPITE the fact that SHE brought it up saying they don’t always read the instructions. AND she mentioned that she couldn’t even see the label unless she put her glasses on. AGAIN, apparently all these concerns should be MINE and I should accept an incorrect order. I don’t think so!

Read moreH O R R I B L E!!!!!!!!!! made my order online at 7:30 pm I activated the messages to find out how my order was going, an hour had passed and I called the number that appeared on my ticket (which in fact is the same that appears in all stores) and there they take orders, they don't even have a customer service or complaint number.
I called 5 times and those who took the orders would transfer me to the store where the order had been sent and no one answered. (they just hung up on me all the time)
The last time I called, a girl told me that the only option was to go to the store to cancel my order or to see what was wrong with it that they couldn't help me with anything because that was the line to take orders only.
It's such a big company that I don't understand why they don't have a customer service line???!!!!and if you order online you obviously don't want to go to the store to see what happens with your food right?!!
At the end I went to the store and they had not placed my order!!!! They told me that they only had 7 workers and that if I wanted to wait for the pizza it would take half an hour, it was ridiculous!!!! for this it was already 9:15 pm!!
I do not understand how in almost 2 hours they did not have my order and they gave me such a pathetic excuse, horrible customer service and a very bad experience.
If they don't have the workers they need, why take orders when they can't even do them???
We will never order pizza from this company again. TERRIBLE...
