Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spring Valley

I ordered a pizza for me and my nephew on Sunday pizza tracker said it was delivered. This was about 35 minutes and I called the Domino’s I’m like yo I never got my pizza but the pizza tracker says it’s delivered. The driver picked up the phone and said oh yeah, I delivered that pizza. I knocked on the door. Nobody answered, so I left it at your doorstep, after arguing with them for about 20 minutes, they just said they agreed to remake my pizza after remaking my pizza it took another hour and a half to receive my pizza that I ordered for my nephew and everyone messes up. I was about to let this go until today Tuesday I get a phone call from a neighbor of mine, saying hey, I was out of town there’s a pizza on my doorstep your phone numbers on it. I just wanted to call and let you know they delivered it to the wrong address after arguing with me that they delivered it to the right address and even the manager when I called down there and said hey, it’s taking three hours to get my pizza. He said well we got slammed with orders and I told him what about my order well it wasn’t a priority yours was a remake so my nephew sat at my house hungry for three hours, because Domino’s insisted I receive my pizza and I was trying to scam them for $12 for chrissake will never order from this Domino’s again absolute garbage no leadership...

Ordered 12:27. Order sat in system untouched for 30 minutes. I called and asked to speak with the manager to see what was going on only to be told she was too busy to be bothered and that they were doing school lunches and it’s priority (understandably) in a very condescending manner and plenty of sarcasm to boot, which I wasn’t informed of when ordering. Online orders should be turned off during these events or at the very least a call explaining when orders slip through the crank. I told him to cancel my order as to where he told me “order cancelled” and hung up. I called back when i didn’t receive the cancellation confirmation text as I usually do and he only picked up and slammed the phone back down. I called back a third time and spoke with someone else who did their job and cancelled as asked. Confirmation received in...

Ordered ahead to get our pizza before 10pm. They waited to call us until after 10pm that the pizza was going to be 1 hour and 30 minutes late. We called and were handed off to someone who never gave a name, was rude and would answer our questions other then they had do many orders ahead of us. He claimed to have called three time but phone records from our phone company and our phone show one call with a voice-mail. And no option of we could come pick it up faster nothing. We ended up having no choice but to cancel as the person on the phone gave us no other choice. Never going here or ordering from this location. Call another pizza place near by that was better than Domino's pizza...
