Iāve been going here for awhile since they first opened multiple times a week and food used to be great! These last 2 times they have messed my drinks up.Yesterday I ordered my usual, Large Strawberry/Mango Smoothie with added whip..almost $8 .which is fine bc I expect price is because of quality. However ,this drink was spoiled..I was drinking and noticed a weird smell and had a peer and an instructor at my school confirm it smelled spoiled ālike buttermilkā.I took it bcak and worker also agreed it smelled off and threw the can of whip cream away and proceeded to remake me a new one,she was great! However if you are going to charge such high prices the quality NEEDS to match, you cannot charge me $8 for one drink and then give me a rotten drink.Today I went back bc I had a code for free pastry w a purchase so I decided to try the new Watermelom Lemonade Refresher..one the bottle of syrup was literally empty the worker had to keep pumping to even get some out,2 the drink was literally filled to the brim with ice before adding lemonade so you are paying for ice.3 and this is my fault I shouldāve tried it before leaving especially with what I saw with the empty syrup bottle .As you can guess the drink literally tasted like cucumber water.disgusting .Once again,if you are going to charge so much for a singular drink you need to make sure the quality is perfect every single time.Literally threw the drink away and I donāt think I will be spending my money here anymore as it is clear it is a waste.I also am really wondering about how cleanly this place is ,another thing I noticed is they have had the same plastic container of crushed peppermint sitting there in drink station since December I know for a fact those are supposed to have been tossed by now ..none of the drinks on menu even have peppermint or the option to add so why is it still there? This is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreReally love this place after my initial bad experience. I ordered four cakes for my birthday weekend. Pick ups were for different times however all were in my name. I picked up the first cake with no issue too it to a planned dinner and then returned to pick up the second but they told me it was sold to someone else. I was disheartened because I didnāt have a cake to share with my family but still picked up the additional slices I ordered for that pick up. Returned the following day to pick up my last two cakes and they included the second cake that was āsoldā the previous day. I couldnāt hold a grudge though because the quality of the cakes was like nothing I had ever experienced before. Highly recommend their cakes/cake slices if you donāt like the overly sweet and thick frostings of other store bought cakes since the cream they use is light and fresh tasting without any chemical/artificial after taste. Also the cakes are just too posh looking not to be a great conversation starter. Lastly the pastries are also pretty great. I returned a few more times that week to get pastries because I was blown away by the quality and freshness. Highly recommend if you want to level up your cake game. Only drawback they do not do custom messages or orders that I could find online so if you donāt mind that I suggest this place or the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI recently visited the bakery on Sahara and left feeling quite disappointed. The biggest letdown was the freshness of their baked goods. It was clear that the items I tried had been baked several days prior and had just been sitting out. This made everything stale and really tough to chewānot what you expect when you're craving something sweet and satisfying.
The service was also a letdown. The employees seemed uninterested and weren't very welcoming, which made the overall experience feel pretty cold. It's a shame because this is a branch of a well-known bakery, and you'd expect the same high standards as their original location on Spring Mountain.
Speaking of which, I've been to the bakery on Spring Mountain several times, and itās like a whole different world. Everything there is always fresh out of the oven, and the staff is friendly and eager to help. They really make you feel welcomed and appreciated.
If you're in the mood for some truly delicious treats and want a warm, friendly service, I'd suggest skipping the Sahara location and heading to their original store on Spring Mountain instead. It's worth the 5 minute drive to get the quality youāre...
