This beautifully balanced starter, with its unique blend of charred sweetness of the pork and vibrant, refreshing herbs, all complemented by a delicately seasoned dipping sauce, immediately captured my attention and set an elegant tone for the meal that followed.

For my entrée, I chose the P1 Combination Phở — Đặc Biệt, featuring a lavish assortment of tendon, brisket, rare beef, and meatballs. Pho & Beyond is an absolute gem on the west side of Las Vegas! I ordered the Vermicelli with Grilled Beef & Egg Rolls, and everything about the dish exceeded my expectations. The ingredients were incredibly fresh—the vegetables were crisp, the grilled beef was tender and flavorful, and the egg rolls were perfectly fried: golden, crispy, and not greasy at all.

The restaurant itself is clean and beautifully decorated, with a modern yet cozy vibe that makes it a great spot for a casual lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s clear the place is well cared for.
