I saw this place the time I took my dad to Napal Baji BBQ, and I was thinking in my head, that will be the next place to hit when I get super hungry. Well, that time had finally come, and I went out of my way to have dinner at this place. I am a solo foodie and I got the 28.99 for one person. I ordered the House Special and the Miso broth for the hotpot. I ordered U Shabu Special Rib eye, beef top sirloin pork belly, and pork shoulder. As I ordered it, I decided to help myself to the hot appetizers that were arranged buffet style, I do not expect these items to be high quality or fresh, but to my surprise, these appetizers were tasty finger food. I was impressed that they would go out of their way to ensure these overlooked items were at their peak quality. That is a gold star in my book after I got the sauce, the rice, and all the vegetables and seafood to put in the broth, the meat was already sitting there ready to be submerged into the boiling broth. I also had a plate full of vegetables and ramen so I slid those items into the hot pot as well. To say the meat is good is an understatement. The blend of sauce, broth, and vegetables whip up an aroma I have never experienced before. As I used the ladle to pour the soup into the bowl of rice along with meat and vegetables, I could not contain myself any longer and had to devour it. This went on for an hour or so, and I was stuffed. I could not move from eating 8 orders of meat and slurping up the two soup broths paired with the vegetables, and seafood items: mussels, fishballs, and imitation crab. I was partially in a food coma at one point. During my feast, I did notice that the servers were so quick in getting rid of plates and awaiting any other requests I had. I was taken aback by the excellent service, they kind of reminded me of a terminator. They were on the same level as personal butlers. Another thing I might like to mention, my server came over to me and asked if I would like to begin the second portion of the A.Y.C.E, and that would be the grill. I told him, no, but looking back at it I am chuckling because who in their right mind would switch over to the bbq version when the hot pot delivered a gut punch to me already? The restaurant is super modern, very large space, and is spotless at every corner. If anybody reading this wants to ascend to food heaven I would recommend this place, but beware, you will sink into the near-death foodie experience I went through. A++++ place .

Have you tried hot pot? This was my first time trying hot pot, and it was such a memorable experience for me. If you love appetizers like I do, you’ll love their hot food area. The hot food area has a large variety of tempuras, chickens, cheese corn, and edamame, just to name a few. I really enjoyed all of the items that I tried from the hot food area, especially the tempura. The toppings bar has a HUGE selection of sauces, vegetables, seafoods, noodles, mushrooms, and more. We tried the Sukiyaki, the Spicy Tonkatsu, and the Vegetarian broths. The meats were delicious and the broths were flavorful. My personal favorite was the Sukiyaki broth, and I loved the pork belly and pork shoulder. I can’t stop raving to anyone and everyone about how amazing the food is at U Shabu. U Shabu is a must-try if you are in Las Vegas. Their prices are super affordable, which is what really caught my eye. Starting at just $20.99 for lunch and $26.99 for dinner, you can eat all the delicious hot pot you want. This is ideal for date nights, large groups, special occasions, families, and more. Check out U Shabu next time you’re in the mood for hot pot.

AYCE Shabu Shabu!!!! Stopped by here cause we were craving for Hot Pot. The restaurant is huge and the air vents are good. You won't walk out smelling like food. Our server was very nice and attentive. I wish I got his name. 5 STARS for him. We were sat quickly. We looked at the menu, ordered our drinks and sauces and made our way to the vegetables buffet. Due to COVID restrictions, someone was serving the vegetables of your choice. Great selections and DON'T WASTE FOOD. We ordered premium meats. We would get no more than 3 items per person. I loved the pork belly and Rib eye. I can't remember the other cuts but the least favorite is the New York. I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu. It wasn't too spicy and it had a little kick. Good flavor. Lastly, you get to choose what kind of dessert you want. I got the vanilla soft serve. Yummy... Overall, I would definitely return.

Mood- Redemption

Upon entering was quickly greeted with great customer asked. Asked how many and was ushered over a to table. Can I say right off the bat this place was in immaculate clean condition. Like shiny individual cooktops, buffet style veggie bar, and all of the tables.

Opted of course for a little of everything minus the lamb with Tonkatsu and Sukiyaki broth, brown sugar sundaes, several veggie, ramen noodles, spring rolls, & gyoza. The server was on point and brought out a little of every sauce with small bowls so we could make our own flavors. Yes indeed I was getting creative. All of the meat was presented on a wooden side table to allow space on the main table. I loved this as I had enough room to cook, create, and indulge. My inner carnivore came out, and thank goodness it was AYCE.

Interior several table and chair arrangements. With amazing spacing. What I truly love about this place. Every person has their own pot, you get to control your temperatures. And it was OCD clean. Like anyones judgemental Grandmother would be proud. All staff had on masks and gloves, ensuring good Ol Safety Protocols.

Would def recommend- pricing was beyond reasonable for the quality and presentation, and overall hospitality of this restaurant. This place surely redeemed a previous failed experience, as I love Shabu Shabu, and the other place didnt live up to the expectations. So " Well done Broth Shabu, well done". I have already plotted and planned my...

Their broth is quite flavorful, More flavorful than any other ayce shabu place I've been to. My favorite is the spicy tonkotsu.

They've got all the meat veggie noodle and seafood options you could want. I specifically love the pork belly and the white fish. The way they absorb flavor is fantastic. The crawfish aren't too much work either but I almost treat them like dessert even though dessert is included.

I've had all their meats. I enjoy lamb so I enjoyed their lamb. Top blade is sneakily good, and I mean that literally. It's like every time I eat it, I get mind wiped and literally forget what it tastes like. But it must be good given how quickly I make it disappear.

Their karage appetizer is quite good, but I'd recommend skipping the gyoza appetizer for the dumplings that you can cook in your own broth. That extra flavor is worth the wait. The dynamite rice is kinda good too. It goes well with the meats. I like to split a dynamite with a friend and get a regular rice and mix it with the dynamite. I don't necessarily want two dynamite but I do want to make the flavor stretch. :p

So dessert is their weak point but everything else is so good that it doesn't bother me. Dessert is basically froyo with syrup or sprinkles so set your expectations low. You'll probably be so full by the time it comes around that...
