So on December 15th at 4:30pm I decided to use the app to order pickup. I ordered a Texas double whopper (no tomato, no onion, extra pickles and extra mustard; and extra cheese), chicken fries (with ranch dip), and a large diet coke.
I arrived at 4:36pm.
They didn’t make me a Texas double whopper. There was no bacon, no mustard, no japapenos. They made me a different 2 patty burger. The chicken fries had very little residual heat from the warmer they use to stage orders on. I had to ask for the ranch. The only thing out of their control is how watered down the Diet Coke was. Oh, and the large drink I paid for? They downgraded that to a medium without refunding me the difference.
One guy was scratching his left ear over the area where the fries are salted (extra flavor I guess?) and wasn’t wearing gloves, nor did I see him wash his hands. As a matter of fact, he touched the bag my food came in.
Not only are staff here incapable of deciphering what they are told to make through the monitor or printout, they are also unsanitary. Lovely!
It’s like this every time I come here. Nothing is ever prepared the way I am paying for. It’s basically you show up and eat whatever they give you.

I end up going up at 11pm and politely ask for a return and this "manager" walks away turns lights off in entire place and left everyone in the line for over an hour. They closed because she didn't want to or know how to do a refund so we leave charged twice and no food. Filed a complaint with corporate and received refund but she needs to be fired. Yelling at my husband cause they are getting people's order wrong. She would rather loose money by closing three hours early than give me my money back. They are always hiring and always getting people order wrong it's so sad.
Close this location it's trash just like Leanne "manager" that's to scared to give a simple refund. Pictures are them inside with lights off inside laughing like this is how this company wants their business to be ran. Three people in line with us were coming back because order was wrong or for their mobile order and they closed knowing they have already received...
Read moreThis location is horrible. I'm not sure who hires at this place but the workers are so rude, they don't care that they're there working. They basically just show up. You can't get a hello or thank you. I have to repeat thank you on purpose. They have an attitude, and when they get the order wrong, no one EVER ANSWERS the phone. EVER. Then when you show up in person, they said, you should have called right away and cannot get my order fixed. I have other things to do than to drive back all the way there. The problem with the incompetent employees at this location has been for over 5 years. Corporate doesn't seem to care. I have made multiple calls with the treatment I've received and they said I"ll get a call back but NEVER do. I see all these other bad reviews and realize it's many costumers. It's such a shame. I always thought BK's taste always beat McDonalds and Whataburger, etc. But with the attitude these BK employees have, BK continues to go downhill.
