My husband and I went Sunday Sept. 3rd. We heard about the specials and wanted to come have some fun. We got there very early. Chit chatted with folks and then went to start the line. I had 1 woman in front of me at the pull tab counter. NO ONE ELSE. A few minutes later a woman walked up to the front and stood with the lady in the 1st position. The 1st person walks off and gets in line for computer's leaving her friend to take her place. Ok, that didn't bother me, what bothered me is when a young man walked up at the moment the pull tab table opened, cut in front of ME and then proceeded to reach over the counter grabbing hand fulls of pull tabs and counting them himself. He then bought $ 700.00 dollars worth of pull tabs after cutting into the front of the line. The worker named Brittany allowed him to count out 20!!!! VIP pull tabs. She allowed him to count out hand fulls of Monster Horse and so on. He won on those tab BTW, but the amount was not right when he paid. 20 VIP's at $20 a pop would have been $400 alone. He had at least 600 just in regular tabs. He needed a box to carry all the tabs away. When I spoke out he and his partner started filming me. When I pulled my phone out to film him in return I was told by a female manager that cameras were not allowed. Yet, the young man had not 1, not 2, but 5 cameras on the whole place. I was informed that he was special because he was Mr. Cash the tiktok influencer and he was gonna get special treatment. That's right, I was actually told this. He and his partners won 8 games. We kept track of all it. So, this is my review and experience in this bingo hall. They have special people who are filming you watching them win. It's all a tiktok scam. My husband and I will never be back in this place again. I cannot believe they were rude to everyone...
Read moreWe used to love visiting these locations to play bingo, but lately, it feels like theyâre focusing more on the computer crowd rather than the classic experience, and with the additional games beyond standard bingo.
When you purchase a paper to play, thereâs a 12-view option, but the numbers are called so quickly, sometimes every 5 seconds, that it becomes impossible to keep up. I inquired about the fast pace, and they admitted they 'try to discourage paper purchases' and suggested that the standard is actually 10 seconds between calls. I timed it myself and expressed my frustration, indicating that Iâd rather stay home if I wanted to only watch a computer play. They did take my feedback seriously and spoke to the caller, who has since slowed down to around 10 seconds, making it more manageable.
However, when chatting with others around us, I found that many have stopped using paper altogether due to the rapid calling, which really takes the fun out of the game since itâs hard to keep track. Overall, I hope they reconsider their pace to enhance the experience for everyone.
**Update: The second caller of the night reverted back to calling numbers every 6 seconds and refused to slow down. She also claimed the pace was supposed to be 10 seconds. A manager came over to discuss our concerns and offered us free computer access for our next visit. During our conversation, the owner contacted her directly, and they decided to stop offering paper tickets altogether.
While this change is better than buying tickets and not being able to play, if you truly enjoy the experience of playing bingo, I recommend considering other...
Read moreHi Matt & Michelle, Today was my family and Iâs first time coming to your establishment and it wasnât very pleasant. Shelby was the lady who helped us make our purchase when we arrived and didnât explain that the children also needed a board to simply be present. Julie is the manager here today and she was very rude when she approached the table to explain that all the children needed to have a board to be present today . I told her we werenât informed of that , and that we had no problem with purchasing the other boards. After we purchased the extra cards, I decided to inform Julie that it was the miscommunication from the clerk as to why we hadnât purchased the extra cards to play from the beginning. When I explained this, she became very condescending with telling me âwell you were supposed to tell her how many of you there wereâ as if we werenât clearly standing at the desk for Shelby to see us all (it was 7 of us in total) âŚ.and I then told her that it is our first time ever coming to play so that we werenât aware and that she didnât have to be so rude & condescending on the matter. She deflected by saying, she wasnât being rude, & left off with, â well you know the rules nowâ as she walked away. As a manager, you would think it is in her best interests to not be conflicting but rather more helpful to the situation that she instigated. She didnât make my experience the best , especially with the lack of empathy of not being understanding of first comers not being aware of the rules. We wonât be returning to this location , and Iâll be sure to make sure none of my associates or colleagues...
