H-Town Bingo Daytime — Local services in Spring

Love bingo. I play at both day time, evening and midnight. The midnight session's manager and assistant manager are both messy and very unprofessional. As a customer, you can't even have a conversation with anyone without having to worry about employees ease dropping and telling your business. Tonight, I asked for a refund to avoid confrontation with the manager on duty. Before I got my refund, I was yelled at, fingers were pointed in my face by the manager, Michelle. I spend lots of money playing bingo but the lack of professionalism at midnight bingo, especially when the owner is not there is ridiculous. And the worst part of it all, they would rather tell you if you dont like it to go play somewhere else instead of getting there employees in line. Truth be told I really don't care to much for gambling but I do like playing Bingo. "Thought" they had better odds. Needless to say, we didn't win. We started with some pull tabs and I "almost" won but I was told that I had a "Sleeper" winning card (oxymoron). That means since I didn't call Bingo in time I lost my chance. Funny thing is when I realized how the game worked & called Bingo they had called other numbers already in the same row which void's the win (confusing). They call numbers way-to fast. We also bought paper sheets but it was hard to keep up so I didn't enjoy my time, at all. & I consider myself in pretty good shape, mind & body. I always enjoy going to the late night sessions. I've only won a couple of times but it's still alot of fun. The staff are really nice, they have security on the premises, and the place is clean. The only gripe I have is I think they should limit the number of computers allowed to reach player. Seems some people spend their entire paycheck on computers. For those of us who can't afford to do that it creates an unfair disadvantage. Here on another Sunday night. The number of computers done if there people get is off the charts.
