Emma Beauty Supply Superstore — Local services in Spring

Most unprofessional beauty supply store I have ever been to. So I purchased several products from this place on Thursday and the day after I purchased it I took my items out the bag to find that 1 of them had stuff floating around in it. I took it back Sunday to exchange it for a nondefective bottle & was told by the manager that he could not take it back. I said the receipt says within 7 days of purchase. He said far as he know I probably put something in it cause there was no seal on the bottle & they bottles have seals. I said so you think ima spend $60 here & waste gas which is $4.50 a gal. & drive all the way home, tamper with a bottle & drive all the way back here to EXCHANGE a $8 product. I aint ask for a refund, i just want an exchange. So I walked to the back of the store to check the other bottles on the shelf & what do you know..:they are ALL defective & have no seals. With that being said, exchange now needs to be REFUND. So now they tell me i gotta come back when the owner is there or call, which is on Monday. Ok it’s Monday…new story. Owner not there. He just pops up when he feels like it is what I was told. Bottom line, don’t waste your time or money or gas...

This store has multiple items marked with a price that is incorrect. Just be aware. I checked out and wondered why my total was more than I thought and of course they have the prices on the product incorrect from what the barcode “reads”. This is not a customer issue. That is a store issue. The manager wants to say I’ll give you your money back this time but our policy is. Well first of all the price being incorrect is not a customer problem, you need to own your mistake and make it right.

Then the young girl working the register did the refund wrong and was clearly and noticeably scared of getting in trouble. If my child worked here, I’d make her quit on spot. Nobody should be that afraid of doing something wrong. The manager had an attitude so I am sure she was afraid of her and that’s unacceptable. You have to watch how you treat people. Needless to say I am done with Emma Beauty. This experience was ridiculous and...

Came in this store by accident meant to go next door to the beauty outlet, the prices are different when you get to the register after being over charged I come right back in literally a few hours after looking at receipt and addressed the pregnant girl at the counter who says she have to ask the mid heavy set girl whom I guess is some kind of manager to see if I can exchange once she gives me the go to go and exchange i come back to 3 employees all huddled around talking about me exchanging the products which was very unprofessional of all 3 of them especially the once who considered herself a manager. I will not spend another dollar at this place I will walk right next door to the bigger beauty supply plus the one next door have more selections of hair and wigs...
