It looks super clean, the food looks very flavorful and appetizing. Very friendly people! Bilingual in english and spanish, very family friendly they have a play area for the kids. They have cute little coupons as well like dollars but pig themed. Very clean kitchen, Very clean bathrooms and everything. They will serve you fast hardly have to wait a long time. Very communicative. food is super warm and good. There conchas aka pan dulce SOOOO GOOD super warm and moist I just wow never had a concha as good as that especially as a hispanic that was super mind blowing. The horchata as well right amout of sugar and cinnamon and creaminess just amazing. I have been seeing people go check it put and take pictures just so they have an idea and omg when I tell you they are super sweet they let us take pictures with them even a selfie gave us coupons for the opening and told us about there social media oage just im so excited for opening like its definitely worth the wait and adventure!!! A brand new restaurant in Spring, specializing in carnitas, giving us real Mexican food (I looked at their website and it's a family owned chain in Mexico, and this is apparently their first US store.) Basically, it's a carnitas restaurant, but they have chicken and carne asada if you must. We had the Cochi-snacks as an appetizer, which are like little baby sopes and are great! I love jamaica, so I tried their spin on this agua fresca of jamaica with sparkling water and some sort of seasoning. So good! We next dug into a cochinita, which is carnitas with cheese in a flour tortilla, then a marranita. Then, a plate of carnitas tacos. All excellent. I liked the cochinita better. We followed this up with enchiladas - two chicken and two carnitas. Flippin amazing! We finished off with the best coconut ice cream ever! Chunks of coconut in a light, refreshing ice cream. For a place that's been open a single day, the service was quite exceptional. EVERYONE was so friendly. Think of Buc-Ee's only Mexican. It's a great family place! Definitely...

Best carnitas I’ve had since I went to Michoacán, Mexico. Great service, always coming by to check on how everything is going. Feels like Mexico with the open kitchen concept. And the best part a playground for kids! And a golf cart in the parking lot to drive people...
