Spent about an hour here in the name of buying 4 items. These employees clearly are not capable of doing their job and have no remorse. Instead, when you call them out for their own mistakes, you’re met with an attitude. It was national coffee day and all I wanted was my free coffee w/ purchase so I waited about 20 minutes on the line and place my order at the microphone. I stated loud and clear before initiating my order that I wanted the national coffee day special & she’s like the free medium iced coffee? and I said yes. I ordered 3 other things & drove up.
After forgetting my items, I pull off to the side to doublecheck my order and I realize my hashbrowns are missing. I walk up to the back door that was locked, but I could see an employee working there. She looks up at me and looks away. When I got her attention again, I actually waved to her this time so she could understand that I needed help and instead she still looked away and ignored me. I then walked to the drive-through window to get someone’s attention and told them I’m missing my hashbrowns. Someone comes out to speak with me and she’s asking me for a receipt which I was never given. I told her my order and then she walks back inside to talk to her coworker. She comes back outside, asking me if I gave the coworker a QR code and I said I gave her one to scan so that I could pay. After answering some more questions she asked me if I still want my hashbrowns and I said yes, and that this is my vehicle here which I’ll be waiting in when they are ready. She says OK and walks away.
You would think after that she would come back with my hashbrowns right? Wrong. I sat in my car for like 20 mins & eventually got out of my car again to flag somebody down and here comes an employee who clearly already had an attitude right from the beginning of our conversation telling me how I was never charged for the hashbrowns so she can’t just give them to me. I’m like why didn’t anybody tell me that? The last girl made it seem like she was going to get them & had me waiting for nothing. Nobody is looking for free stuff. I mean, if you forgot to charge me for something for one, it should’ve been an apology issued since it’s not my fault you didn’t add an item that I ordered loud and clear to your screen…and I had no problem paying another $2 to get the hashbrowns I had had been sitting there waiting for. I could’ve paid the $2 20 mins ago and been home already.
Not to mention that I never got my free coffee. I did receive my coffee, but I was charged full price for it because apparently I’m supposed to show a QR code but when I had the employee attempt to pull up the QR code on my phone, she couldn’t even do that. She had to show me on her own phone. I was trying to tell her that I was never given an option to add a QR code to my order, which is why I never showed it and your employee at the window never even asked for it in the first place. Had she asked for it, I would’ve sat there and tried to figure out how to add it to my account so that I wouldn’t be charged for it. Either way you don’t charge people for stuff they’re expecting for free without telling them. She should’ve said since you don’t have the QR code you’ll have to pay full price. I don’t usually have a problem with this location, not sure if these people are new but atp I’d rather drive to a further location and get more...
Read moreI came to this location to spend my hard earned money and i get rude services from the indian man that usually works the window. I simply asked for a grande(small) iced white mocha with sub mocha drizzle add caramel drizzle add white cold foam. He stated they don’t have white mocha and that’s fine so i got regular mocha. Before given total the guy confirmed and said “you want caramel instead of chocolate i said correct” total was 9.47. When i got to the window he already had an attitude he slung the door open and was upset i was using apple pay. That should’ve been my first red flag. Next, he came to the window STILL with chocolate drizzle instead of caramel and i said that’s not what i asked for. he got an attitude and said well your gonna have to wait… um ok! all i want is what i asked and paid for. He slammed the door. Then when it was ready he barely opened the door to fully hand my drink it was like cracked like he was upset they had to remake an order they messed up. That’s frustrating as a customer and we do notice and pay attention to poor customer service. I do especially! I’m never coming back here if this is how employees treat customers who spend money with them. Not sure if everyone’s overwhelmed but i think that guy needs...
Read moreThis is by far the best Dunkins I have ever been to. They are always polite & their coffee tastes the best! This is my favorite coffee & I will drive out of my way to go get coffee from this location. Even when I order the same thing from other locations, the drinks do not taste as good as they do here. The obviously put customer service first on their list. Anytime I have to wait longer than necessary (because of a difficult customer in front of me, not the staff), they apologize and/or offer me a free donut. They are always well stocked on supplies & I have never had them out of my drink or sandwich order. The one time they were out of the big cups that said "Dunkin Donuts" on it, they still gave me a big cup that had no writing on it & over apologized for it (obviously it was not a big deal, but I appreciate the concern). I am a regular there & they have my order memorized. Even though this Dunkins is not the closest to my house or job, I always go here. No other...
