I have been coming to this restaurant for years , food is good , service use to be great , but since a couple of months ago every time I go they be almost like rushing you out, I have not even finished with my first plate when they bring the ticket without me even asking , they be looking at you like if they in a hurry for you to pay and if that's not disrespectful enough whenever you are ready to pay they expect a good TIP , they even ask you for it , for me that's a BIG NO NO , a tip is based on the service you get , I can easily leave a $5 dollar if I see the waitress with a great attitude , my iced tea it's refilled half way and that there's no dirty plates in my table , but if I have to look for the waitress for more iced tea or if there's dirty plates I'm not leaving NO TIP regardless , like today for instance I went to have DINNER with my bf , waitress was disrespectful towards my bf, she waited for me to go to the bathroom too ask him for a TIP , she's like Dinero my bf is like huh and she's like yes how much are you going to give now and he told her wait till my gf comes back , he didn't gave nothing , when I came back everything was gone , I had not even finished my ice tea , clearly He told me everything and guess what yes NO TIP ....... UGH THAT'S SO ANNOYING AND DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS STOP ASKING FOR TIPS THEY ARE OPTIONAL .... now to make matters worse ,there's this small Hispanic girl , it's been twice that we go and she wants to seat us at the beginning of the restaurant like hello we are hungry , we want to be next to the buffet comfortable in a booth but she wants to seat is in this kindergarten tables ugh NO , I am paying for a service I'll seat wherever I like and feel comfortable regardless ..... oh by the way they fixing to open this new Chinese buffet off veterans memorial @1960 I don't know , probably I won't be back to this restaurant...

My boyfriend and I visit this buffet regularly, and we’ve always enjoyed the food. However, during our most recent visit, we had a new waiter who completely ruined the experience for us.
Within 10–15 minutes of sitting down, the waiter brought us the bill, which felt odd since we had just started eating. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but I began to notice that other tables, which were seated before us, didn’t receive their bills as quickly. The only noticeable difference? Those tables didn’t share our skin color.
I couldn’t shake the feeling that the waiter assumed we were going to dine and dash based on how we were dressed—PJs, hoodies, and house slippers. It’s a casual buffet, not a formal restaurant, so I didn’t expect to be judged for my attire. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, as if we were being unfairly singled out.
To make matters worse, the waiter kept hovering around our table. In the middle of our meal, she randomly replaced the napkin container on the table, even though it was already full. It was unnecessary and disruptive, and I felt like she was just finding excuses to check on us.
This behavior completely ruined our experience. I ended up asking my boyfriend to pay the bill early just so the waiter would stop pacing around us. I’ve never felt so unwelcome here before, and it’s incredibly disappointing.
I hope management addresses this kind of behavior because no customer should feel uncomfortable or unfairly judged...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I went to this location for dinner expecting edible food to be served. When we arrived we ordered our drinks and proceeded to get our food. Going through the very little choices of food your given everything looked as though it had sat out all day and was all dried up. The little food we did put on our first plate was the most disgusting food we took one bite and left it on the table for the waiter to pick up. We decided the buffet was no good and went to get the habatchi instead because we knew at least that would be fresh and hot. As we were waiting for our habatchi to cook my husband read a sign saying ANY FOOD LEFT ON PLATES AT THE TABLE IS AN EXTRA $2 CHARGE PER PLATE. Well great because they served cold dried up inedible food were paying extra. We ate some of the hibachi we had ordered which wasn’t bad but again very little options to choose from, immediately got up and went to go pay. Our total was 31.45 it was ridiculous. I know that it doesn’t seem like a lot but when you go to a BUFFET and don’t even eat an entire plate of food that’s insane. When I spoke the with the guy cashing us out as soon as I told him just how horrible this food was and how we barely ate a thing he swiped our card so fast and just kept saying “why so bad? What happen? Was it better last time?” I’ve never been here I don’t know if this is the normal food they serve. I just know I will never be coming...
