I really liked this place but these last few visits have been horrible .. I been coming since y'all open never had a bad experience until recently I'm not sure if y'all have new staff, or what...BUT TODAY I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with my most 3 recent visits. I should've called and spoke to a manager the first time instead of waiting to only be disappointed now again, and again ONLY in hopes that maybe the last time was just a bad day, but NO i was wrong I went back a few days later and order the same drink which I get Everytime I come, MEANING I already know how it TASTE and the colors that are mixed . Well on my last visit I was given the wrong drink again the cup had a different name on the side the girl re asked me the drink name but I still got WHATEVER THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME and it was happy hour and I was still charge the regular price, I guess the girl didn't know that I'm a faithful customer and I knew it was happy hour and the price for a 16oz. Another time they gave me a drink that wasn't mixed with any other flavors it was plain, and a waste of money I didn't even finish it. And to make matters worst when I asked the lady at the drive thru about the color and taste difference she stated ...it is mixed ma'am.., Not to mention while I was in the drive thru the bright skin lady was screaming at another car that pull on the side of me, she continued to talk to them and didn't even greet us. After I waited for her to finish her conversation, she then asked what can I get yall. Customer come first, my time is valued as much as her time is, not to mention it was a line of cars behind me..also I purchased 2 drinks and my card was only stamped once. I'm hoping the manager can correct your employees careless mistakes, I love black owned business I came on day two of y'all opening and been a customer since , I even post y'all on my FB AND IG and tell my followers to go try y'all out. But I can't allow another mistake to pass without saying something about it. Please try to provide hands on training for the drinks, better customer service skills and most importantly they have to know the products. I honestly wish my issue was resolve so I can just continue to buy my favorite drink... I love that dam drink after a long...
Read moreStopped in here since I was in the area and didn't feel like sitting down for a full happy hour. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't just a drive thru, but that you could actually be seated inside. When you first walk in you're mesmerized by the creative and colorful murals throughout (see my pics). I was also warmly greeted upon entering as well, and once they found out it was my first visit they were all too eager to breakdown the menu & many drink choices. I was able to try a sample as to get an idea of their flavoring, which was definitely refreshing. I opted for the 16 oz "Bar Baby'' made with watermelon, apple and hurricane flavors. It was also "free shot Tuesday" so that was eeeeven better. :D Lemme tell you... one will do the job. If you're feeling bold, there are two larger options to choose from & more bang for your buck with flavors (wink). Overall, I really do like this spot. They pack quite a bit in what seems like a small place from the outside, but when you walk in it's like a little lounge! They have a hookah station if you're in to that, TVs to watch sports, a nice sitting area and more. Another thing I appreciated is that they had music but it wasn't excessively loud like other nearby daiquiri places. So here you could actually have a conversation and hear your thoughts! Lol. The owners are really down to earth and personable as well. Definitely will...
Read moreVisiting from out of town , I heard great things about this place . I thought the concept was great . Arriving at this establishment me and my friend were not greeted by the 3 employees working. We sat ourselves and after 10 mins we had to approach a staff member because they never came over to us, and at this time there was only one other party of 3 inside. We ordered 2 drinks and a hookah. The drinks were giving right away but the hookah took about 20 mins . We were able to smoke for 30 mins before being told at 11:30 that they were closing although the sign said they closed at 12. Even as we were exiting no one said “Thank you for coming”” ”Drive safely” or anything . As I mentioned in the beginning I think their concept of daiquiris and hookah was great but this place need serious improvement with...
