My experience went from terrible to worst at this store. First, I checked in on the app when I arrived - did not help. I started calling because I was trying to switch my chips selection anyway - 10mn on the phone and no one is picking up (even though I can see someone inside). I decide to leave my dog alone in the car, the whole reason why I was doing a curbside pick-up in the first place, and go inside. I am "greeted" by someone who won't even get up from their chair in the BACK of the store, not even within the restaurant where you are supposed to address customers. I tell her that I have been calling for 10mn and her response is "we do not have a phone here". How come they show up as a store which offers curbside pickup then?! How come they did not respond from my check-in through the app, when that part does not require a phone!? Anyway, I proceed to the cups as I can see she did not prepare my drinks. She finally gets up to come towards me saying "there is no drink with that order". I tell her there are 2 actually and proceed to the fountain. How could she have prepared the chips and cookies and not realize this was an order with 2 MEALS, meaning 2 drinks?! Anyway, the epitome of the affair comes when another employee dares to approach me to say "next time, wear a mask when you come in". I made sure to tell her that I was not even supposed to come in in the first place, thanked them both (for nothing) and left. Read moreZero stars for sure. This creature shouldn’t even be called a lady, but it’s the same person other reviews are referring to. She closes the store during business hours, and goes to the back. At 1pm on, I ordered on the app, came to the store, and the place is closed. I see the employee pull up. So I wait for her, thinking she’s going to go inside and start working. She sits in her car for a while, then finally goes inside. I see a few people go up to the door, and it’s locked. I get out and go to the door to see what’s going on. A group of us waited for few. More people came and left. The establishment has clearly lost so much money by her doing this all the time, but she’s still on the clock getting paid. I try to get a refund for my order on the app, and it says to contact the store. I call a few times. No answer. After like 30-40min of waiting, I go to the door. This lady literally waives me off! I tell her I ordered already and I just need my money back. She doesn’t even have to make the order, screw it. She gets disrespectful! There was a whole ordeal afterwards, but long story short, this idiot doesn’t deserve to have a job. Period. She is disgusting, disrespectful, ghetto and just a weird individual overall. She’s losing money for this location, and is just a liability. There’s been times I’d order on the app, and they get it wrong. Whatever. I let it slide. This situation though was beyond that. Read morePlease please change management or ownership. This used to be a really good location, but for the past few times I’ve been patient cause things happen especially with staffing being really hard. But, now its been 3-4 months, its better they just close down and open whenever they’re ready.
They literally didn’t have half of the items. Here is the list of only what im aware of Grilled chicken Teriyaki chicken Beef Olives Mayo No cookies at all Only White and wheat bread available
Now comes the employee part. We walked in and the employee was sitting in the dining area on her phone, and she didn’t look like she wanted to be there. We waited to tell her what bread to start with and she was on her phone giggling away talking, while we waited. Finally she started making the sandwiches telling us half the stuff we wanted they were out of. And while she was making the sandwiches she was just piling everything on top.
So we sat down to eat, and she went to the back and started playing her own music on the system!!! And let me tell you this was not appropriate songs for a restaurant establishment. And it was loud! Like she literally turned it into a night club. I have videos, hopefully i can upload.
Subway really needs to take a look at this location. I own a food establishment myself, I don’t really post bad reviews either...
