A solid spot with little to complain about. Zara's has a satisfying portion size at a fair price, and good, non-offensive flavors. I ordered a shawarma lover's platter which came with pita, basmati rice, waffle fries, gyro, and beef. It arrived promptly and was served with 2 sauces. The sauces were fine, nothing to complain about there. The gyro meat was a bit on the salty side, but that seems to be the trend with every gyro I've eaten. The beef had a very nice crisp sear. The rice was well cooked, with a firm but fluffy texture. The fries are perfectly fried, which was a very nice surprise. The pita was fairly thick and heavy, which may not be to everyone's taste, but was fine for me. Zara's decor was actually quite nice. The ceiling, walls, and furniture weren't luxurious, but looked very nice and created a nice aesthetic to dine in. Overall, Zara's is a nice place to grab a Mediterranean bite to eat. Definitely a better choice than a chain for the same price. While the food and the prices were merely fair, the facility and service were excellent. Expect to pay about $20-25 a person, though if you opt for a sandwich you can eat a good meal for 10-15.

From the customer service to the food this place was amazing. The atmosphere was cute and it was a very relaxed place. Starting with the service, you’re greeted very warmly and seated promptly. They give you time to place your order and pay attention readily when you’re ready. It wasn’t hard to get any assistance from the staff and they were very patient with me butchering the names of their food. The food itself is so full of flavor and you can tell they spare nothing when it comes to seasonings. It all tasted so fresh. The lamb kabobs were cooked to order and you can tell they take great pride in them. The appetizer was a goat and sheep cheese fried in olive oil with tomato’s and warm peta bread. (This was sooooooo my favorite). Even the deserts are amazing. We tried the tiramisu and Baklava. They were just the right amount of sweet and we’re prepared to perfection. I will definitely be coming back here and bringing family and friends with me. Thank you for the wonderful date night we experienced here.

The food was delicious and the portion size was great. The rice and the seasoning of the meat was especially good. The reason for the lower review is due to the customer service or lack thereof. Our waitress never checked on us, we had to eventually flag her down to get the check, and since it was our first time experiencing this restaurant we asked about the menu items and she couldn’t describe the items to us. I can say she probably wasn’t knowledgeable, but she honestly looked uninterested. We’ve had way better service at fast food restaurants and didn’t have to pay as much. I would recommend door dash or Uber eats for this restaurant. This restaurant is not near our house, so we will most likely not be returning. Hoping it was just an off day for them.

I just want to give a fair and justifiable review that will help people. First the burgers was very salty. Second, the yummy burger is no way it is 1/2 pound it is Maximum 1/4. Therefore it is not as advertised. Lastly, everything is over priced ...they really need to revisit the prices but I guess it is the woodlands and people taking advantage of that as resident suppose to have extra cash to give away.

Therefore, quality of food can be found everywhere and much better prices. You guys should either fix your description for the yummy burger or provide the weight as mentioned. Also too much salt on the food is really a kill. I did not enjoy the meal neither me not my children. However, we have eaten as much as we can as we all were hungry. Not recommended for quality, prices, false advertising. Thank you.

Manager and owner of course will defend themselves. This order was a delivery order so there was no manager was requested with the order. Also the advertised weight is wrong and of course you gain a lot of false advertising. Another example is that you have mentioned on the website and the menu that all meat is halal and kosher without providing certificates for either. The halal cannot be kosher and the kosher cannot be halal even if the way resembles. So false advertising does exists. And no worries we have to open people eyes of what they eat and what they get. And definitely we will never coming to you period or even refer your establishment. Thank you and hope you guys fixing your prices and quality and the truth about your products rather than going for a reply contest that will not add a value to your establishment. This is not politics. Do you have Kosher certificate as well. Plus I can give you constructive criticism and attempt to help you to be better but obviously you just want to charge what it is not worth. Plus I saw your prices and i paid on trust so fitting budget is irrelevant. where prices changed by the way from the menu, more cheaper, than the order online for some items. Honesty my dear friend is a virtue.

Hope people start to watch where do they eat and what...

The food here is really good, but everything else leaves a lot to be desired. The first 2 times I came here (this was before their expansion) I ordered carry out and both times they forgot an item in my order. So after I saw they expanded their restaurant I decided to give them another try. That time, the food was good and uneventful. So I decided to come back again but this time a lot of little things happened that made em decide not to come back.

The atmosphere is very nice, very well decorated. I like the look of their ceiling. The food itself is delicious and I really enjoyed their house special iced tea which was very good.

I added a side of hummus to my order but when the food came out the waitress forgot to bring the pita bread. After another server refilled my drink he asked if i wanted some bread but by the time the bread came out i was already done with my wrap.

I went to the restroom which are decorated nicely except for the floor which has a weird unfinished industrial look. It looks like they pulled up the carpet and left the floor bare. The toilet looks modern but the toilet seat was loose and hanging off. There were also several bugs in the restroom. NOT roaches but what looked like some kind of beetle, like a skinny june bug with longer legs. There was one crawling along the floor, another up the wall near the ceiling, another one squashed on the floor as well as stains on the wall that looked like others had been smashed there.

I will not be back, which is a shame because the food is really good, but my past experiences have turned me off on...

We ordered the lamb chops and waffle fries and a side salad for each of us. The waiter said we each got two sides with the chops. We each were served the chops, a side salad and a portion of special rice. In addition we got two side orders of waffle fries and a side of the same salad. Dressings and sauces filled the table. Our diet cokes came in a tiny, globular glasses, holding maybe 3 ounces of beverage plus ice.

Service was fast but only two tables were occupied. Waiter had an accent but appeared to understand English. Decor was great with fabric covered ceiling tiles.

Fries were very good. Salad was ok. Sauce with the meat was unusual. Pita bread wonderful. The chops however were clearly marinated and heavily seasoned. There were four of them, thick and generally large. They were very, very good. But what were they? They did not taste at all like lamb!!! We came for lamb and got served Mystery Meat! Didn’t taste like beef and I don’t know what venison is like. Perhaps if the meat was not marinated it would taste like lamb. Who knows. We were overcharged $9 for the three things we did not order.

On their website the lamb chops price was $18.00. On the menu at the table it was $23.00. Big difference.

The menu said they served Halal meat. Well I don’t care if it’s from Texas or Halal, it was still good!

If you go with a party of four, pick a table for 8. They bring out lots of plates but don’t pick up often and space is at a premium.

Will return but not...
