7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Springboro

I have been to this 7 brew many times since they have opened even know some of the workers names because how friendly they are, but today was different. me and a friend had 2 drinks together already the person who took our order kinda seemed new because she would repeat every thing we said, no worries we all start from somewhere but i asked for a chiller and the other friend got a normal 7 energy. when we pulled up to get the drinks they ask “2 7 energy” thought nothing much if it because technically the chiller is a 7 energy. but once we told them how one was supposed to be a chiller they asked did i order it that way, yup i was reading off a list and proceeded to ask the original person who took the order if they put it in that way. they told us to go to the parking spot and will have it out, mind you the worker asked many times what was suppose to be in it. they came out with half a chiller and was still yet not the flavors i asked for. the worker sat there confused and just told us to re pull around, the person who normally takes my order took it and they made it correct perfectly all is done but the person who told us to park in a spot said “next time have them repeat the order” as i said before she was already doing so. very...

I actually stopped by earlier in the day just for a quick coffee, and a kind young man named Nick, who was such a sweet young man, had mentioned they were doing a BOGO special later on and even said I could get a little rubber duck with it. Well, I’m a sucker for a deal and a cute duck, so I came back that evening through the drive-thru.

Now let me tell you, the line was so, so long. It wrapped around, and it took quite a while to get through. Things were a bit chaotic and a little unorganized, but goodness gracious, the Seven Brew team really did their best. You could see how hard they were working, and they stayed upbeat the entire time. That’s not easy when you’ve got cars backed up all the way to next week!

I know some folks were getting impatient or upset, but please remember—it’s not those workers’ fault. They didn’t cause the crowd, they handled it. And they did a wonderful job, all things considered. Everyone was kind, the drinks were great, and yes—I got my little duck. 🐤

I come here a decent amount because I love the energy drinks and so does my boyfriend. Just wanted to shoutout the sweet cashier girl today who showed me so much care today. When I got my drinks and pulled out of the parking lot, there was an angry lady who tried to road rage me because I guess she thought I pulled out too close in front of her (I did not, she was speeding very fast.) and she slammed her breaks on in front of me multiple times (after cutting in front of me and near missing) causing my drinks to spill so I came back and got some replacement drinks to bring to my boyfriend at work and the kind girl at the register today was very sweet and caring and got them remade for me. She tried to get them for me for free but it seemed the manager did not want that which I can understand. I just wanted to share that I really appreciate the kind staff here and the sweet girl who was so nice to me today when I was shaken up and having a hard day. Definitely recommend this place!
