Read moreStaff was very rude and food felt very skimpy compared to every other taco bell. Slight background, I drive a company work truck that is too tall for drive thrus. I had an online order and called the store when the doors were locked at 9 pm. I got to say "my girlfriend placed an online order" before the woman who answered the phone cut me off and said that I had to go through the drive thru. I replied with "my truck doesn't fit through your drive thru" and the answer I got was a snarky "oh really? What do you drive?" I told her I had a white truck with a big box on the back, with a 10' 6" clearance. I was told I'd have to call back later and see if my order was ready. I waited in my truck, and after a few minutes a guy comes to the stores door with my order, takes one step outside, and goes back inside and leaves my order on the counter. I walked up to the door and he met me there. I said something about my conversation with the woman and he acted like he couldn't care less and walked back inside without saying a word. Read moreI placed an order about an hour and a half ago for delivery from this location, THROUGH THE TACO BELL APP. After sending out a driver ("Nicole") to pick up my order, and after her waiting a MUCH longer-than-usual time, I called the store and spoke to some "manager" who likely just finished a juice box before she talked to me, and she told me, with less-than-zero concern, that they'd never received my order, that my order was handled through a third-party service, and that she could do absolutely nothing about it. She then had me speak to another manager (who might just have very recently stopped using pimple cream), who parroted what she'd just told me in an uninterested, deathless voice.
So, in short, and to sum up: DO NOT order delivery through the Taco Bell app (because it's not fun by them); and if you want caring, quality customer service, stay FAR AWAY from the Springboro, Ohio Taco Bell. It's run by (likely) overworked, underpaid Gen...
