Graeter's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Springdale

I have grown up with going to this location regularly. The management and employees have always been lovely and kind. I have noticed over the past couple months a change in management to a man named Kevin who openly berates his employees in front of customers, micromanages every move they make, and takes over tasks they are fully capable of handling themselves to make them feel horrible about themselves in front of customers. I have witnessed this several times in my recent visits, and it has made me question coming back. I have felt the urge to interject when he does this to employees, because it is very hard to watch without saying something, even though this is not my personality type to do such things. I gave the three stars because the employees are always happy and kind, but management needs to be restructured or more business from frequent customers are going to diminish. If you like ice cream, this place has the best - hands down. Yes - it is pricey, but you pay for what you get, especially if you've never tried it before.
