I've never had a problem with Office Depot before but my experience today with them was especially horrible, and I will NOT be going back to print my documents. I went in today to print some documents and Sarah- a "Print Service Specialist" was extremely slow and lazy in helping me. I was in quite a rush today and as a "Print Service Specialist" she knew NOTHING of what she was doing and was very unprofessional and sloppy. She was not attentive to my requests and was experimenting with my documents. She pulled up a jpg. Image into Microsoft word, expecting to be able to rotate it. Anybody who claims to be a "print service specialist" should know that Microsoft word is NOT capable of rotating images. Microsoft word is not used for that purpose. Then, I later asked her to type 2 signs and she didn't know how to rotate that font from vertical to horizontal. Or enlarge the font. It was COMEPLETELY ridiculous how she had no idea what she was doing. Those are just basic technology skills for printing. Furthermore, she had to ask for help from Ron. I appreciate Ron helping us because Sarah was utterly clueless and unable to accomplish a simple task. What should have taken 3-5 minutes, took 20 minutes and I was late and extremely frustrated. After leaving, I had realized that there was something wrong with the receipt- in fact not only did she not print the amount of copies I needed but she charged us incorrectly AND forgot to give me back my hard drive (where my documents were) Luckily, I went back but that was just the cherry on top of this terrible experience. Save your time and print your documents at home. If you see Sarah at the print service PLEASE save your time and emotions and request someone else. I wish I caught her name because that was one heck of a rude redhead! I rarely go into office depot and don't know how their pick up/ordering process works. I asked about my order and the way this employee acted was so ugly. She kept talking to me as if I was dumb and told me that she needed to know the exact price of my order before she would even look for my order. Finally she brings it to me and points out that they have a pick up shelf towards the front of the store. That would have been good to know before you were so awful to a customer. The employee indicated that he would be glad to help if I needed something. A few months ago I purchased a new Dell laptop computer in Conway, AR.
