I went through the drive-thru tonight about 10:00 on the one on sunset and I ordered a McDouble bundle with an extra McDouble. I paid for it the girl at the first window was very sweet The one at the second window that gave me my food was very sweet but I was told to pull up because my food was still being brought out. So I pull up to the thank you spot or whatnot and get my food I'm thinking oh I don't really smell it right now the bag don't seem too too hot so I was like okay maybe it's just me because it is cold outside only to get my food and I literally just ran down the street not even three blocks away and I call cuz I'll be my bag one of my chickens was completely out of the wrapper and it was cold the second one you know when your kid even feel it was warm and my french fries were extremely cold I call in and tell them hey I need my food replaced I'll be there in 6 minutes I'll get there I get my food good timely manner is fresh but the salt on the fries was purposely salty. Whoever did those fries just drowned them with salt when I tell you that I could barely see half of the color of the Fry it was ridiculous and the mayo on the McChickens was so heavy it was like I was eating a mayonnaise sandwich. If you guys don't want people to complain about the food in the service then make sure you're actually taking your time to do it right the proper way the first time and then you won't have this problem it's actually kind of sad because I do know there are some great kids that are working there and if this is the type of leadership that they have to follow I feel for them. I actually thought that I was going to get some good service a second time being as the food was fresh but if the guy that was there that made this food he purposely did this there's no way humanly possible any person should be consuming this much salt on a fry and at this point I didn't know they sold me on sandwiches...
Read moreI ordered a small unsweetened no ice tea this morning along with two sausage biscuits, two hashbrowns and a biscuit and gravy on my app, which is where I do all my business, so that I don’t have to deal with what I I dealt with. So you might be thinking that I go and complain all the time, but again I only want my food, the way I ordered it, if I’m going to pay for it, and if I order some thing special then I always say, I will wait. I don’t think I’m asking for too much when I just want the food that I ordered made correctly. When I called the manager questioned and doubted my answer. I mean I have never drank sweet ever, and it actually didn’t taste like sweet tea in the beginning because I drink without a straw, but halfway down I started tasting sugar and so I looked and sure enough there were quite a few sugar crystals at the bottom of my cup. It looks like someone started to make my tea sweet and when they realized it was unsweet instead of starting a new cup she just used the one she already had. The sugar was at the bottom. You may not be able to see it, but it was there, trust me. When you don’t drink sweet drinks, you know when something is sweet, even the slightest bit, and for me, when I drink something sweet it’s an awful experience the way the sugar feels in my mouth, not to mention that on the app you can set favorites so that when I want to order something I simply tell Siri to do it, and most of the time my ordering process is quick and hassle free, and for the most part it’s good, needs improvement, IMO, but what do I know! I do know one thing, that the error was not on me and I know that for certain, I can’t always say that as I’ve gotten older. But and here’s a big BUT I simply asked for a replacement tea, nothing else. Bad customer service, horrible management service, IMO. side note* sadly because of the way we are I feel compelled to say that the food was for me and...
Read moreMy grandson and I visited the McDonalds in Springdale, Ar tonight and I was not impressed at all. The young lady at the register took my grandsons order and gave him the total. I then asked her if I was going to get to order, seeing as I was standing right behind him. She giggled and said that yes I could, which I am glad that I got her approval to place my order. I asked her what was on the bacon honey Dijon sandwich, and she could not even tell me what was on it. I finally ordered the sandwich and we went to sit down. I then watched a man with a Tyson shirt come in and ask for the manager on duty. He saw the manager on duty and walked right through the door and into the back room where it looked like he washed the dirt off of himself. He then comes out of the back and stands at the counter where the lady manager took his order. We received our order but what we got was not very good. The fries were cold and the burgers were only warm to say the least. Overall, I was not very impressed and it seemed like anyone could go in the back to clean up. Will we go back, I really don't know. This visit was on the night...
