I went through the drive-thru at this Cane's, and honestly, it was a pretty bad experience. First off, when I got home, I found two thumbprints on my bread. That’s just weird and gross. While I was waiting in line, I saw a worker hand a large drink to a lady, and after she took it, she gave it back. The worker actually took it back through the window! Isn’t that, like, illegal in Ohio? Anyway, I ordered a large sweet tea, and now I’m seriously hoping they didn’t give me that rejected drink. I also asked for my fries and chicken to be extra crispy. The chicken was spot on, but the fries were definitely not. I usually double-check my food, but since the chicken looked good, I assumed everything was fine. Nope. And to top it off, my bread was flipped upside down in the box, and when I flipped it over, there were those two gross fingerprints staring back at me. I’m really upset, and I’m probably a bit hangry, too, but still, this was a bad experience all around. I won’t be coming back to this Cane’s for a long time.

I feel like I got duped, or should I say dunked in oil. I just cannot imagine that management wants their food to go out with so much grease. It was kinda ridiculous. My hands, the table, the napkins has so much grease I feel like I could deep fry a whole chicken from just the oil that was on one chicken tender. I get the made to order service, but I would have been happier with food that at least had a moment to let some of the oil drip off. I heard all these amazing reviews but if you read this, just avoid them, unless you like a gallon of oil on your food. Ugh.

Stopped by Sharonville for to pick up a product and decided to stop by Cane's to see what all the hype is about. The chicken taste good, has a great fried flavor and seasoned well. The breading is very thin and falls off easily. The garlic toast is fluffy, a little sweet, and lightly garlicked. The fries, while well salted, were limp and left a lot to be desired. Cane's Sauce was pretty good-- a little tangy and very black peppery. Complements the chicken well.

I had been hearing good things about this place for months. A friend of mine always goes to the one in West Chester so I was excited this one opened near me. This review is based on 2 visits at his location. The first was Tues (9/1/15) the 2nd was Sat (9/5/15).

My first visit was dine in, the atmosphere is nice but music is way too loud. The staff is super duper friendly, like Stepford Wives friendly. They said hello so much and asked if I needed anything so much that it became creepy. No joke, I appreciate good service as I was in the restaurant biz for over 15 years. Speaking of the staff, I counted 17 people working which was very odd for a Tuesday afternoon. There were more staff than customers! When we went back on Sat, there were about 20 people working. On to the food. The "famous" chicken fingers.. I ordered the 4pc box and got fries, cole slaw, a drink, and texas toast. The chicken was ok. there was no seasoning or spices. nothing really that stood out. They were just ok.. my fries were regular crinkle cut, also nothing special, the cole slaw was blah. the special sauce was not good. it tasted mayo or soybean based which is not appealing to me. they don't have any other sauce choices.

The Good: The sweet tea is great... I am from Mississippi and always on the look out for good sweet tea.. the texas toast is to die for. like seriously it's awesome.. be sure to get it BBS (butter both sides). All in all, the hype is what makes this places popular. 2 visits were enough for me. but I will go back and order just the texas toast...

My wife and I decided to go on a evening drive and decided to stop in at Cane's. We dined in everything was great the line was short it only took about 5 min to receive our food. Immediately after eating I had to go to the bathroom. It was a single person restroom great for privacy (thank god!) But the floor was soaked not with water but chemicals... then seat itself had urine all over it... and a large cone placed directly in the middle of the room. It was clear it had be a long time since it had been properly cleaned. I cleaned everything appropriately with the chemicals left setting around for children to get ahold of before almost having an accident doing the employee's job. Needless to say my wife and I went home not thinking anything further of the situation..... we were up all night with food poisoning and it has continued into the following day laid up in our bed with constant visits to the restroom and medicine cabinet. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK !! This location was EXTREMELY BUSY ! 100! we are not the only ones sick today or even worse in the hospital! There were children there ! And your main food is Chicken ! You Are going to...
