I waited over 40 MINUTES for my freakin order!! Normally I never complain but the amount of incompetence that I had to deal with and watch them not figure anything out is ridiculous. It wasn't even busy. If it was busy and the staff was bustin it to get it done. I could fully understand but everyone was walkin around like Zombies. I almost offered to go back there and do it myself. It was ridiculous. How can they just sit there dumbfounded and stare at tickets for 10mins and not get anything out and then to top it all off. Get my order wrong too! Over 40 mins and my order is wrong. Frosty not even fully filled up & just had a tiny bit of pineapple syrup at the top and my krabby patty burger is missing the special sauce. No time to even deal with it either. I just had to take it and go. I was 15mins late to work but already had paid for my damn order so I just got stuck waiting for it and got stuck watching the 3 stooges back there bumble around and not know what they were doing.
It was the most ridiculous service I had ever seen in my entire life. Idk what was going on in there. If they were just all high or what. No refund offers from the manager who was there the whole time. I had an offer to get my frosty remade after I brought up it was made wrong and missing syrup but I was so late that I couldn't do it. I had even ordered online to make it quicker and easier too.
Reading other reviews it seems like this is a common occurrence with the day shift staff. I got there at 3:35pm so it'd be that same day staff. No idea why they haven't been let go.

They’ve remade the store fronts but you can tell the employees have zero desire to be there and that’s not bad mouthing the employees, that’s calling out management of these franchise’s for not making their employees feel like part of a team. Read moreI was at this location at 12pm on December 5th. Before we hit the road to attend a funeral,my family and I went through the drive through for my order. The entire time the drive thru employee, who I believed to be the manager, was rude and seemed annoyed when I asked for napkins, ketchup and a water in addition to the 5 meals I ordered. She handed me my water and I asked for a straw. Instead of handing me a straw she argued that she had placed it in the bag. There was not enough straws for the amount of drinks. I informed her I needed an additional straw. She rolled her eyes and with an attitude, she starting bickering to another employee about the fact that she knows she put straws in the bag and I needed to open my eyes and look closer.
