Tonight’s dinner in bed series. First time trying, here we have a wagyu cheesesteak. I believe a good cheesesteak always start with the bread and should have some bite and texture to it. This one way too tender, I guess it being wagyu explains the way it just melted in your mouth. I’m glad I did try it to know the difference, but future references, stick with the classic cheesesteak. Happy eating, endless cheat days😋🤤

Charging $15 for this tiny and bland embarassment of a cheesesteak, which is closer to being boiled than flat top'ed and has no hint of sear to it, should be criminal. Wawa makes better steak than this and there is no comparing it to Delco Steaks, Sofie's, Jim's or other good steak shops in the area. Wagyu sandwiches are ok and save it from being a 1 star shop, but nothing to write home about either at that price.

My heart is paining because in advertising photos meat is flowing outside the sandwich very gracefully. My sandwich having so little meat I must combine both sides into 1 for filling properly. So sad because it is very tasty and chilis are very nice! Cannot give over 2 stars because meat portion is for child. I am strong man!

My husband has been ordering from here for a while, but I had personally never actually had something from there until today. The food was amazing, but I’m giving it two stars because of an extremely rude and awkward customer service experience that I had. I’m leaving this review mostly so one particular worker sees it. not the one that was rude to me, but the one who was very kind and courteous in the face of the other worker’s rude behavior.

I work part time doing DoorDash and an order brought me into this establishment today. As soon as I walked in, I acknowledged the people working behind the counter with a smile and “how you doing?“ I was met with an adverted gaze. They completely ignored me. OK, whatever I’ve been in Philly/Philly suburbs a long time, I know not everyone is super courteous in these sandwich shops. So I get in line to pick up my DoorDash order and the guy behind the till very courteously asks me if it’s a pick up order. I tell him yes, DoorDash and he says “one moment.“ About 20 seconds later he has a sandwich wrapped up in one hand and my DoorDash order in the other and says to me “hey, do you like such-and-such sandwich? We made an extra one and it’s going to go in the trash if you don’t take it.” What he didn’t know was that I hadn’t actually eaten yet at that point and was starving. I thanked him and even said “you know it’s so funny, I was just standing here thinking this food smelled so good and I would have to come in here another time and grab a sandwich! Don’t worry, I’ll still come in another time for my own order.“ Before I could even completely finish my statement, one of the rude people who completely ignored me when I first walked in interjected, took the sandwich out of his hand and says with a very grumpy tone “you can’t just give it to her. You have to ring it up a certain way.” The entire time averting my gaze. The nice guy goes “we were going to throw it away anyway.” And she goes “I know, but you have to, put it in the system…” It was so awkward! The guy giving me the sandwich was extremely professional and kind and courteous and honestly, he was exhibiting great customer service skills. The woman who interjected treated him like he was an idiot, made me feel completely alienated and left a really bad taste in my mouth. I definitely got the vibe from her like I was just a DoorDash runner, not a customer and why is he being so nice to me… of course she doesn’t realize I live 10 minutes from this sandwich shop and had every intention of coming back and patronizing the establishment myself.

The sandwich was amazing! I actually ate it in the car on my way to drop off the order I had just picked up. I’m totally bummed out by that crappy interaction with the woman behind the counter, but I really hope that the sweet young man who originally offered me the sandwich sees this. You did absolutely nothing wrong and she was awful. I worked in food service for many years and I would have never treated an employee or a customer the...

I honestly never do reviews, but I have to in this case. I had the worst experience with ordering from here online. First the delivery driver called about ten times each time stating he was five minutes away, then after about two hours he called and said he wasn't coming and was bringing it back to the store. I then called cappriottis and explained the situation and they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do besides recharge me and remake the food! I began to get very upset bc at this point it had been two hours I had already gotten charged twice, once by accident, and now they are telling me I would have to pay again and try to get a refund from their third party delivery company. So I would be paying 129 dollars for two sandwiches?! My pregnant fiance had to get on the phone very upset and finally the manager actually did part of his job and called them and after twenty mins a horrible attitude and much reluctance he called the delivery company and they said they would refund us. But we still had to then drive out there and pick up the food and wait almost a week for the money to be returned. I never in my life experienced anything like this and will never...

I ordered a cheesesteak and The Bobbie Homemade Turkey online, with extra cranberry sauce and stuffing but specifically requested NO MAYO. Unfortunately, when I got home, The Bobbie had mayonnaise on it. I tried calling the restaurant to address the issue but was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. I am unable to drive back and would like to receive the correct order or my money back. Overall, the cheesesteak was good but the mistake with the mayo was disappointing as I can’t eat my sandwich and the customer service could be improved being left on hold over 10 minutes. There is no contact on the site where the...
