Hello, I cane up from delaware, and a friend took.me to this Dairy Queen, I preceeded to order and the young girl was very rude to me, she spoke in a low manner, so I had to ask her to speak up. I made my order, and stepped to the side, I was the first person there mind you, the line formed and this young lady filled everyone's order except mines. I walked back over to the counter and asked did you forget me, and he immediate look was of disrespect, she then made my oder, very reluctantly and tossed it to me as if it I wasn't important, second wrong action on her part, I looked at the order, and told her I didnt want it it was not correct as I was passing her the order back she almost slammed the sliding window on my hand, I then asked for the manager, and when he came. His perfessionalism wasn't better, so my take on that establishment is they need to truly brush up on Customer service. "No MATTER WHAT COLOR THEY ARE" RUDE IS RUDE. A young kid (Pat) was extremely rude and kept telling us they were closed between laughing with his friends in another car. We stated that it was 9:20 and they were closed at 9:30 and he said “yea there’s a line wrapped around, were closed sorry” completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If a business is advertised that they are open until a certain time, they need to let customers in until said time. You don’t stop letting people in before closing. Don’t bother giving your business to this place. It’s ran by teenagers and they don’t care about quality customer service. Read more4/19/2020. Waited in the line for an hour. When I ordered 3 items one is ALWAYS wrong. I order a large S'mores blizzard with CHOCOLATE ice cream. I got to the window opened up my order from the bag to check. The S'mores blizzard is vanilla ice cream. I told the people that it was made wrong with vanilla ice cream. I was told " no its chocolate" . The window closed and it would not be made right. I got home and as I presumed it was made with vanilla. My wife was furious as this is a common problem. Orders are not made correctly. How hard is it to read an order on the screen? How hard is it to type in what a customer says? Why is this that difficult? Maybe instead of everyone goofing off pay...
