Decided to go in solo for dine-in for the 1st time. Inside was nice quiet and clean! Drive thru had a steady busy pace but I observed staff getting every customers order out in an impressive timely manner. I ordered a cpl things on the menu that I never tried before. Crew member brought my order to my table within 5 minutes. Burger was so good for being a fast food burger that I asked who prepared my burger and was told it was a crew member named Deshawn. I asked may I speak to him when the rush slows down to show him a token of my appreciation and was politely told they will send him out as soon as possible. Around 10 mins later this young man walks up to my table and introduced himself. I told him how much I love the burger and would love to leave him a tip of $50. He told me how he really could use it right now and how things have really been rough for him lately. He explained how he just started working there after being wrongly let go from the job he was at prior for I believe he said 5-7 yrs and how his car just broke down, all these bills piled up during is search for his current job and can barely get dog food for his dog. It was breaking my heart cause I saw in the young man's eyes how hard it was for him to talk about. While he was talking I pulled out another $50 and the four lose $1 bills I had. I went to hand him all the money ($104.00) and he waved me off and humbly declined by smiling and saying he can't accept that. I told him please take it that I have more than enough money and it would be my pleasure. Again he declined by saying no I'm good I'm gonna figure it all out but thank you so much for the gesture! But I'll never forget the pain i seen in his eyes while declining the money. I know that good soul needs help but I couldn't make him take it. He thanked me again and apologized that he had to get back to work. This all happened 3 days ago and I've been praying ever since for him! You're very humble and hard working young man and i know that Many blessings are coming your way Deshawn ! Keep your head up stay strong and keep faith!...
Read moreFirst time trying Culver's, and it wasn't bad! The drive thru is interesting. You order, and when you get to the window and pay, they put a little sticky note number on your mirror. Then, you pull on the side of the building up to the white line spaces. You park and wait for your food to be brought out. It didn't take too long to get our food.
The employees were all very nice and patient! They explained the drive-through process and how it worked.
The food was pretty good. I got the hamburger on sourdough, and my husband got the bacon deluxe. The hamburgers weren't bad, I just didnt find the hamburgers or fries really something to rave about. I would consider the hamburgers as satisfactory. They came with no sort of sauce on top, given it was my first time ordering from here, so that could be my fault not knowing what all to expect. I definitely reccomend napkins because it is a very greasy hamburger. We got the crinkle cut fries and an order of the cheese curds. The cheese curds are better than the fries in my opinion. We also tried their tea and 2 shakes. Their tea is not sweet, which is just sinful 😂 lol (just being funny, but if you want sweet tea, ask for sugar packets.) We tried the Reesey's chocolate shake and a strawberry shake. Both were good! The only thing I have to say is the prices are a little high, in my opinion. I believe it was almost $5 for a small shake. And like $3-$4 for an order of cheese curds. I feel like the shakes at stake and shake are more worth it for that price. But I wouldn't say that are bad. If you sign up with an account, do all the setting up, and they will send you a B1G1 meal. With that coupon and all the food that we ordered, the total was roughly $35. I still believe it is still a good restraunt and good food, even if I find the prices to be a little bit on the pricy side, I would still recommend people to try them and see what you think. They have a lot of options rather than just hamburgers which is great for it being fast food. They have a lot of variety...
Read moreI'm thrilled to rave about Culver's in Ontario, OH - it's absolutely divine! First, I want to commend them on the impressive build-out; we've been watching the progress on our daily drives to Ontario, and they've done an outstanding job. The interior is stunning, with a beautiful dining room, large screen featuring numerous selections, and a breathtaking layout and environment. My husband and I were first-time customers, and we were blown away by the scrumptious food and exceptional service. We ordered the deluxe box, which came with their signature ButterBurger, crinkle fries, and a drink. We upgraded our drinks to customized malts, and I added a side of cheese curds. For the malts, I chose cheesecake and strawberry, while my husband opted for peanut butter - everything was mouthwatering! What truly made our experience stand out was the incredible service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile by a friendly staff member who helped us order effortlessly. While waiting for our food, I purchased a frozen pint of custard, and the cashier offered to grab a spoon for us and even bagged it with a smile, wishing us a wonderful day. Every employee treated us like family, with big, genuine smiles. It was truly impressive! Other stores could definitely take notes from Culver's exceptional customer service. We left so happy. it...
