About 5 months ago I gave this taco bell 5 stars now 1 star is to many. I used to go there ones a week to eat but now it is so nasty and the morning customer service is horriable. Stop in 2 weeks ago at 9am to order food in side the guy manager walked up to front counter after we waited about 5 minutes for someone to even come to front counter and he told me that they had a call off and I wont be able to get my food for atleast 15 minutes. Not sure how that was possible considering they were open for a long time. And this is supposed to be fast food. So I wanted to give this place one more chance went in today at 9am. I waited for about 8 minutes before someone came to wait on us. The same manager and 2 workers were just standing in the kitchen looking at me talking instead of waiting on me. Then when I started ordering the worker started screaming to the manager about how the computer screen wasn't right. Then as I tried to order they keep talking to each other inturpting me. The manager then went and talked to another coworker for about 5 minutes after I order before he choose to start making the food. We got our food and the hard shell taco shells was old and hard. On top of that everything was extremely nasty. The front counter had food on it and spilled things. The floors had food everywhere. There was about 8 tables on showroom that was dirty, at 9am. . . I throw my food away and didn't even eat it. I went in the restroom and it was extremely nasty. Dirty toilet and sinks and over flowing trash cans, at 9am. Then on my way out there was a pest control company walking in with ladders and boxes of stuff in the kitchen. . . Pretty nasty that they would be doing big killer while the business is open. . . So nasty I will...
Read moreMy husband just went to pick up a mobile order from the mobile pick-up lane. After the automated greeting played, he said the name for the order, and was met with a minute or two of silence. Then asked if they heard him and said the name again. With no response, he drove around to the window and saw a group of workers, who should’ve seen him on camera or heard the sound on the headset that he pulled up to the speaker. He was told to drive back around and say the name again so it could “go through the system”. He had to wait behind several cars before being helped!
Before being offered, no, we don’t want free food, and no, I don’t want to be contacted. What we want is for issues to be fixed, not just given free stuff and given an empty promise that “things will improve”. What I will suggest is that the automated greeting needs to go away, because at every place that has it (other fast food chains), they’re never ready for you to order in the first place! Corporate needs to take note of that, because it does nothing but look bad on the...
Read moreI'm currently doordashing at 3:30 a.m. in the morning. I had a doordash pick up for a lady that messaged me apologizing for not being able to give me a tip. That hit my heart really hard. So many of us are struggling today. If anybody knows struggle I know struggle. I noticed her meal was a very small single item. God put on my heart to go buy her a meal when I went in to purchase the manager on the graveyard shift stepped up with a younger gentleman with tattoos that I see all the time and went out of their way to not allow me to pay for the meal and comp the meal on the store. I'm not saying any of this to glorify myself in any means first and foremost I wanted to glorify our creator Jesus Christ. Second I tip my hat because those gentlemen tonight at Taco Bell showed so much honor and compassion. They deserve to be recognized. God bless you guys and your team. These types of kindness still brings hope inside of my heart that love...
