I've traveled extensively and I will have to say that Mansfield Ohio where my 93 year old Aunt has lived for years it's probably one of the most uncomfortable places to shop and dine out if you are of color no one goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable I've walked through several stores and no one ever acknowledged me they definitely keep their eye on you but they don't acknowledge you I have gotten to the point now to where if it wasn't for having to take my aunt out in Mansfield because of her age I probably would never spend the dime there I definitely won't be doing any more shopping there it's quite sad that a town the size of a postcard it's still stuck in its old racist ways you better snap out of it cuz you'll lose a lot of money that way most folks who travel have the money in the means to do so the people that you hate they probably at home because they can't afford to go anywhere you better...

Staff was a bit confused if they had themâŠwent back and forth about it until one looked in the system so then we could go on the look for them. They were in the apple section, on a shelf, not âhungâ up as the associate gripped aboutâŠwhich after I found them he still hadnât taken them to an empty peg to hang the remaining stock.
I did go an additional time to have my iPhone 14pro back screen fixed thru cell insurance, made an appt but of course they didnât have the parts on hand, could order them but they would need to keep my phone (for about a week) or âIâ could call the Polaris store as they will carry more in stock. Associate seemed bothered by my needs -which would be a paid service.

They kept refusing to replace or refund until about an hour of arguing with their manager. Later (years later), I pick up a DVD boxed set. Two of the disks failed to read or skipped. They would not give a refund and offered to replace for more of the same product (there was a bad production run and I knew they were going to be defective as well, so I wanted the refund). Eventually got to exchange for each individual DVD (instead of the box set). I even saw them put a broken returned subwoofer back on the shelf. Seriously?!
