Super super super upset w this location. My mother and I just went there this afternoon and got a large and a regular sub. They came out and were the exact same sizes, so we asked why. Ashton was nothing but rude. She immediately leaned over the counter and tried yanking my moms receipt off of our basket and realized it was mine that needed fixed and ripped mine off. There was a sweet lady who took our order and cashed us out who then proceeded to tell us the GM will not be in all week, while Ashton said she would be in tomorrow. The 5-6 employees were talking about us in the kitchen the entire duration of us eating, Ashton screamed at one lady to “go grab that girls regular sub and throw it away” and she was very rude about it. She then said she will just remake me a 4 inch sub and i can keep the regular one I have. When we went to leave, all employees were in the office calling the GM to tell her what happened, then told us we could call Bethany ourselves, so we tried but they were on the phone with her at the time. There was also a man working who brought out our replacement sub and when he did we asked if we could have the Gm’s name and number and he looked at us, turned around and proceeded to the kitchen and ignored us. My mom then tried to apologize to the lady who was being nice and ended up crying because she said “she didn’t want to get in trouble”, but the blonde lady wouldn’t let us speak to the lady to apologize and they ignored us and went into the office. The fact that they were all “managers” working and they all allowed each other to treat their customers the way they did, is beyond me. I also work in food and am a manager at my restaurant and I would NEVER treat my customers the way I was...
Read moreWe had never been to Penn station and we got a coupon for a 6-in free sub. So we went I was attempting to read the menu people came in behind us I asked if I could put my order on hold and let the people go in front of us so we had a chance to read the menu. The guy running the register and taking orders said no you can find your coupon and pay it the other end. So we ordered something quickly. Without having an opportunity to really look at the menu it was all bad. I ordered a large Italian sub which was disgusting. The only thing Italian about it was a ton of ghastly Italian seasoning dumped on a tiny amount of meat that had a hint of lettuce, 4 quarter size slices of tomato with a sprinkle of lettuce, and a melted slice of provolone cheese. My 17yr old daughter wanted a 6" cheese steak. I just know she brought half of it home uneaten and asked to never go back. When we got to the other end of the counter where we pay for order we asked if we could add a large fry. I did not know they had french fries and my daughter was excited. Those fries were the best thing they had to offer. The lady that took our money and let us order fries was very polite, and professional and we were thankful for her. I did purchased a $5 coupon packet from Penn station to help down syndrome. Sadly now I have to find someone to give it to that likes Penn station as we...

The employees at this location are extremely unprofessional. They are loud, annoying, and to the point where I could not have a conversation with my wife. A large black woman claimed she was the GM and was consistently berating a young black employee about having ADHD. She also stated Science class is useless to another young employee. Then she went on to state, "if you don't cover my shift, ya'll will just be short". For 10 minutes straight she argued about having someone cover her shift. She was swearing very loudly, and aggressively arguing with a female as well. The only person who was not causing any issues and working was the bald headed white guy. There are several sub places around this area, I am not coming back here, I would rather eat a Jersey Mikes or Subway and know I do not have to listen to this low class arguing while I eat. And I am very well known in the community, so this is not staying here privately with the company, this is going on Google, YouTube, and many other places.
Oh yeah I did contact Pennstation as well. In my entire time going out to eat in 20+ years since I hit 18, I have wrote two places, that is how...
