Even though the custard is very good and the service was fast, the little girl working the drive through killed the five star review. Her first mistake was not verifying what size I wanted or even asking me what size I wanted, but since be she did ask my boyfriend what size he wanted I assumed she made them the same size (but nope), second problem she took our order about 4 cars back from the menu so we used the online menu ( see picture), our total was $13 and some change, I was expecting 2 large concretes, got 1 large for my boyfriend and mine was a small, checked the prices online something didn't add up, went back through the drive through and asked about prices, she informed me that they were actually a dollar more than what the online menu was, when I mentioned the difference, she shrugged and said, "sorry about that" and walked off. So, I suggest for better service go to any other location, and don't use the online menu because apparently they don't update it and wait to order until you can see the actual...
Read moreThere was no dine-in option here. I also didn't see any picnic tables. There is a wall with wooden planks on top that served as our seat while we enjoy the warm fall day and ate our frozen custard. Most people were using the drive through the day we visited. We both had Concretes, which is very similar in texture and density to a Dairy Queen Blizzard. The flavor combinations are also very similar to DQ, but possibly with a local (southern) twist. For example I don't think we'll ever see Pecan in the northeast. They defiantly have more topping options. I had to stop and sort the flavors in my mouth to notice the distinctive custard flavor, otherwise it was buried in my pumpkin pie treat. Back home Andy's might give DQ a run for my attention. They have more frozen treat flavors and options, but this is not surprising given that is all they serve, whereas DQ Grill and Chill also...
Read moreWe love this place. I just got so much shade and outright snotty attitude from 3 employees tonight. I had to repeat my order thrice which is fine. One for now 2 to go. One of the to go concretes was in a bag so I didn't see it was wrong until home. Drove back- asked for the correct one and from go they were rude. Super rude. Unnecessarily rude. Policy is guilt inferring and I'm sad to have had these kids treat me so poorly. The boy took it,Spun and dropped the wrong one that I returned in the trash like Beyonce with a mic. I could have given that to a homeless person or my neighbor. So. Check your order. They have a hard time getting it right and really hate being called...
