Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Springfield

Today wanted to get a pretzel for my mother. They said that the wait would be 12 min that’s it. I said okay I’ll wait just let me know when the Pretzels are ready. So 12 min went by the Pretzel’s became available and then they said you need to go back in line. Now the line is by the Jewelry store. The expectation was not set that I would have to get back in line. And now if I did I wouldn’t even know if I can get a the Pretzel. There was no understanding. I even ask the lady in that’s next if I could purchase a pretzel before her because I waited the 12 min for this pretzel she said it was okay then the manger and employee stated they still couldn’t sell me the Pretzel unless I get back in the line which is now longer! I have never heard anything like this in my life. Worst customer service ever! Worst Manger I ever...

My husband and I got there right at opening so we were expecting to wait a little bit for the pretzel dogs, which we were totally fine with. The cashier told us it would be about a 12 minute wait. We waited for a little longer than that but the manager noticed and without us even complaining he came up and said he would refund our order and give us the pretzel dogs for free since we waited a little longer than what we were told. Aunt Annie is lovely. Her restaurant is home cooking and she is always so glad to make you feel at home. Cold beer, a variety of cigars in the back, CBD infused drinks and desserts, it’s a great establishment. Aunt Annie knows how to make you feel at home. The workers all look like they stepped out of Wood Stock, and they smell like incense. The typical crowd at this place will reminds you of a Vietnam protest and will welcome you.
