Today wanted to get a pretzel for my mother. They said that the wait would be 12 min that’s it. I said okay I’ll wait just let me know when the Pretzels are ready. So 12 min went by the Pretzel’s became available and then they said you need to go back in line. Now the line is by the Jewelry store. The expectation was not set that I would have to get back in line. And now if I did I wouldn’t even know if I can get a the Pretzel. There was no understanding. I even ask the lady in that’s next if I could purchase a pretzel before her because I waited the 12 min for this pretzel she said it was okay then the manger and employee stated they still couldn’t sell me the Pretzel unless I get back in the line which is now longer! I have never heard anything like this in my life. Worst customer service ever! Worst Manger I ever...
