This was the first time coming inside. I just wanted to sit down and eat inside. When I first got there, it was busy. I waited for my turn. A worker told me someone will help me shortly And I said ok thank you . Another worker came and she said what can I get you and I told her oh I have a code I’m gonna use the app. She rolled her eyes and said what is the code and I told her oh give me a second the page wanted me to refresh so I did. I gave her the numbers and I said sheesh because the app took forever to load and than she was like excuse me I hear what you said. I told her excuse me I didn’t say anything and she was like I hear what you said, you said damn. Which I never did she continue to be rude and I didn’t say anything cause I didn’t want The problem to escalate so I paid and waited. People around me heard how she was talking to me and they asked me what happened and I was trying to explain to them It was miscommunication that’s it. But the worker continue talking shit to her other workers saying I was rude and I had an attitude. So then I ask, can I speak to the manager and she Was like I’m the manager my name is Stacy What can I help you and I I was like why you’re being rude to me and Continuing to talk shit right there when I can hear you. For a manager, she shouldn’t act the way she acted. There was no need to be rude. I understand it was busy and it gets frustrating, but I wasn’t trying to make it harder for her I was just trying to sit down and eat. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, there was no response at the order speaker, so I drove up to the pickup window. There was no one else in the drive-thru, and I saw about four or five employees standing around inside. One of them came over to ask what I ordered and mentioned that they weren’t notified in advance, claiming it would mess up their timer system, and then rather impolitely asked me to go around again.
I could understand that, so I circled around. But when I tried ordering again, the next staff member kept saying they couldn’t hear me. When they finally understood, they told me they couldn’t see my order and instructed me to drive to the pickup window to speak with the manager. When I got there, I saw my order just sitting there. I should also mention that the design of the plaza’s entrances and exits is terrible—it’s easy to drive up onto the curb or damage your rims if you’re not careful.
Additionally, when I finally got my order, I found there wasn’t a single napkin. The burger had just one sad, tiny piece of lettuce the size of a fingernail. The fries were hot but had a sour taste. Overall, this was my worst fast-food...

We used to go kind of often, sometimes the meat is dried out, sometimes everything is very fresh.
I've been in the evenings when the place is swarming outside with homeless people, I've also been there in the evening where there was nobody hanging out in the parking lot, so it's hit or miss on having a decent atmosphere.
The one thing that it's not hit or miss, so far, is the decent speed in the drive-thru. I never seem to have to wait a long time in the drive-thru.
If you order Root Beer soda, don't believe them if they say they don't have any. For some reason the only Root Beer soda dispenser is out in the lobby, STUPID, but I can definitely understand why they wouldn't want to walk around to the outside counter to dispense a cup of root beer for someone in the Drive-Thru.
