This place is abysmal. The lady at the Rewards desk told me I had 500.00 in comps. Yea? Well, because I can’t find anything worth eating in here. I had a 20 dollar voucher yesterday so I decided to try out South End again. Bad idea, again.
Waited in line 20 minutes at Bill’s Diner to be told the soda was out, but the Manager guy was nice enough to point to another 12 person line that I could wait in to get my soda.
I decided to go to the Taco joint and they had soda for 3.00, which was fine. But my soda was 6.00 for some reason, but at this point, just wanted to eat and get out. My burrito was missing items and just not very good at all. At least I was given some Texas Pete to cover it up.
As always, people just waiting around looking confused and frustrated. This is both staff and guests. Last time I was there so many people waiting 15 minutes plus for their orders. Bald headed Manager type guy just texts on his phone and walks back and forth. Never helps anyone. Probably someone’s nephew. I actually got up to check on a guest. My customer service skills kicked in I couldn’t stand watching her wait. She was there for a work meeting and most likely was late. Customer service is just not a priority here.
It’s truly bizarre to watch how poor their front and back of house operations are. I think they are really struggling to get people into the casino during the week.
Here, come get some lousy food with poor service. Oh and by the way, we have nowhere for you to sit and we are completely unprepared. We will be out of product by 6:00 pm. Thanks, enjoy. Don’t forget to tip the homeless in the parking garage on...
Read moreThis dining area is the college campus dining expirence. Generic food choices made with low quality food, prepared Ina. Low quality manner.
I wouldn't eat here again unless I had no other option.
The staff was great, trained to answer questions fast and in a consistent manner.
Docor is outdated. A lot of triclnkets that collect dust and make the atmosphere appear cheap. All decor is probably of cheap quality and will endup in our already quickly filling landfills. The appearance is eye catching and stimulating but once you take it in, you can see the low quality of effort put into the over all expirence.
I ordered a grilled chicken wrap which was possibly made on an 8in tortilla, using the lowest quality of food ingredients available. The chicken in the wrap, I could not identify as best or thigh meat had retained water possibly from sitting in a hot water bath to cut down on time had no flavor and hlhad a spongy texture.
The fries got saugy faster than they should have, possibly not cooked to the recommended time or cooked in a low temping fryer (Thoughts no observations). But $12.99 for a small poorly prepared meal is robbery.
Sanitation was OK. The dining attendance e.ployees were friendly but they skipped the detergent cleansing practice and went right to the sanitation wipes. Merged food code in massachusetts requires cleaning food contact surfaces with detergent first, sanitation second.
I do not recommend this food court if you are cautious of your diet, high sugar, highly processed foods lacking nutrients.
Little to know...
Read moreThe food is definitely made in a mass production fashion ie..large cafeteria. The flavors are passing but nothing is particularly flavorful. If you are hungry and enjoy mostly fried or dipped in or smothered with cheese items then you will be satisfied. They do offer prepackaged salad and fruit parfaits along with other dessert items. They need a new system to notify the customers that their food order is up rather than yelling their names. Perhaps numbered system. The staff are wonderful and try their best to provide and service that has lots of ebbs and flows in...
