Chido's Tacos — Restaurant in Springfield

Similar to my post for Ironwworks, we planned a brunch detour as we headed East towards Columbus on a sunny Saturday afternoon. While I had Chicken & Waffles (from Ironworks, not Chido's), my wife had tacos, which also happens to be conveniently situated beside the Market's full bar

I'll skip other details about your trip as they are in my Ironworks review, but for the tacos, they were the perfect street taco size, full of flavor and zest. The sauce to protein balance was on point, which if your a taco fan means a lot. The proteins were not too dry and were very flavorful to the final bite with a side of green Verde sauce to pep the meal up!

NEW MENU ITEMS.... shown in updated menu pics so many more options I tried the alambre ..gotta say lip smackin belly rubbin tasty so give these guys a try let's face it alot of these fast food chains are charging more for less food without quality anymore just my opinion but my belly agrees with it end of update following is original post....To say I love the food would be understated all I have tried has been very good absolutely not your taco bell experience service will always be a short wait be well worth the party your taste buds are about to attend. The atmosphere is quaint or dare I say nostalgic for those of us who remember the times of arquades in downtowns a truly have to try on...

To say that Chido's Taco's owner takes customer service seriously is an understatement. I have had the pleasure of speaking with him after leaving a not so favorable review and if every business owner would treat their customers the way he does, well, It's hard to imagine the wonderful world we would live in.
