I'll skip other details about your trip as they are in my Ironworks review, but for the tacos, they were the perfect street taco size, full of flavor and zest. The sauce to protein balance was on point, which if your a taco fan means a lot. The proteins were not too dry and were very flavorful to the final bite with a side of green Verde sauce to pep the meal up!
