Dunkin' — Restaurant in Springfield

great service very friendly and actually very funny they have a sense of humor and the three people working it was one male that serve me and he wore a black baseball hat he was very kind and very very helpful and then there was two younger girls. Then, I believe, it was maybe a supervisor of some sort; came in. She wasn't dressed in the uniform but she seemed okay but a little bit unprofessional in her attire. She had tattoos all the way up her arms and it was just something that I wouldn't expect to see someone working in a tank top at work. And I've been in school 6 years and they make $3 less than what I make an hour and that's at Dunkin donuts but anyways that's not I guess that's for a different review of the government of some sort and our financial crisis right now and then pour decisions that are being made regarding people that go to school for so long and make nothing compared to the people that don't do anything and then go get a job at you know McDonald's or Dunkin donuts and make close to a people make after being in school for six years very wrong doesn't seem right very frustrating and they don't realize it's a privilege and they show up in tank tops with tattoos all over their arms and backs and I don't really understand the professionalism and the pride of the job but that's my opinion but otherwise I got an iced butter pecan coffee decaf and it was very very good & it was decaf. I was a very regular in this DD every morning every afternoon and every night for the past 5 years without missing a day. I got disappointed when ranch dressing got eliminated from all DD. Then they started messing all my orders regulally now my hot drinks serving them not even warm now all my drinks are made wrong my food cold in the middle and rubbery on the outside like heated in microwave and they are open until 11pm NOT 24 hours like is advertised. Now days i dont buy at DD at all its been 2 years today my wife made an order and they messed that up as well order is there but cold like it was from the fridge and heated in microwave like i mention before and hot coffee cold The Worst is all the food that is thrown away for giving wrong orders to customers is ridiculous loss of money for the store and knowing people die everyday of hunger. This DD is just a Big Mess and the owner dont care one bit or don't know what in the world is going on...

Service is poor. An argument ensued this morning to the point that it disrupted in my professional opinion Operations. There was no mediator to attempt and calm the matter and produce a positive outcome. I'm not sure if the writers are trained on conflict resolution or hostility reduction skills. I've been there a few times and seem to get the same vibe no attention is given to the customer cordial attention where the customer feels they are beyond just a customer but an asset to the business. I think making the customer feel welcomed and listened to goes a long way in customer service. I would rather go to a Dunkin Donuts with lousy Donuts and coffee than a DD with awful customer service.
