Why don’t you all know your drinks ? I come in asking questions about a green tea drink I sampled at another location. I ask Donald about the green tea drinks and he’s clue less. Then says they don’t have the drink and dismisses me all Starbucks have the same ingredients to create the drinks ! So I’m still at the register and he’s like yea we don’t have it. I’m like it’s a low sugar green tea do you have a drink like that ?! He says yes but he’s not sure. Ask a what I would believe be a manager and says yes it’s green tea just get that. I ordered that and food and gave him my name. Jasmine. It’s extremely busy so I’m just waiting and waiting most order were online people are coming in and out and I’m standing there. They recall names and I’m just there. lol then the egg bites finally come over and the cashier is saying mj and handing them to me. I told him I’m not MJ ! And now my drinks melted on top of that when I tasted guess what ! Not right. It’s actually suppose to have lemonade hence the low sugar content. Between a manager and a cashier why wasn’t this figured out. So I get my drink remade fresh. Donald need to learn the drinks always get a clear answer when asking question to gain the knowledge and properly inform costumers. If you can’t recall the name or don’t remember you must ask again. To avoid confusion and time wasted ! Never been called MJ never has Jasmine been mistaken for a Mj. If I’m being honest my skin...
Read moreI love Starbucks coffee. I love Starbucks as a company. That is why I am so disappointed. I spend about $25 per week on coffee at this store.
By far and away, this location has the slowest staff I have ever experienced. I buy coffee at about 6:45 AM on my way to work. There are three people in the store. There are two barista stations.
Today was pretty typical: eight people waiting for coffee after ordering and paying. Six people in line ordering. Boxes of supplies blocking the entrance to the cashier queue. But the worst was that there were this many people and it still took 15 minutes for the coffee to be made. My experiences with Starbucks range all over the DC.Northern VA area as well as across the US. Never have I seen this many people in a line, and one of the three people wiping down the counters behind the bar. Why not assist in making coffee.
I am afraid that I will no longer buy from this store. Today was...
Read moreBottom line up front: Please please please try your coffee before you walk out the door! Kept going to this particular Starbucks because it is very highly rated. Have been there multiple times now and my coffee has been less than adequate each and every time. Again today, I gave it a shot. Everyone/ every business can have a bad day or two; I get it. Anyway, I was in a rush as usual and left without trying my coffee before departing. Oh boy! All creme; next to no coffee! It was supposed to be a Carmel Macchiato. Poured the entire drink out. Five strikes and it's off my list.
Again, do yourself a favor. Try your coffee before you walk...
