I used to come here often when they hosted the car meets with Imperial Dynasty. I always have a smooth and pleasant experience here. It's clean. Bathrooms are well maintained. Staff is chill.
You can customize the sweetness, ice level, and toppings of your drink. But they don't serve any small bites.
I lost count of how many times I've been to this specific location. I prefer going here not just because of the location, but because of the staff. I have experienced rude behavior at other KungFu Tea locations.
Out of all the drinks I had, there is only one time that I had an issue and it was corrected immediately. No fuss.
I ordered a drink with orange juice, but the fresh orange juice they used tasted off so it made my drink taste really badly. I mentioned it to the staff and they offered to make me something else. I saw them throw out the OJ to make sure other people didn't have the same complaint in the future.
Another thing I like is that Kungfu Tea Springfield is open a bit later than other establishments. It's a solid place to just kick it with friends over boba. This is smart because it accomodates the high schoolers and customers who get off work around 9. They're not always busy, but they're not always empty. One minute you walk into an empty joint, and then once you order 4 more people show up.
The boba tastes good. Some drinks are much sweeter than others like the Ube Milk Tea. My favorite drink is Wintermelon Milk Tea with Herbal Jelly, or on a cold day I just get...

Choices: they for tea and slush and I think I saw smoothies. Slush is more fruity I think.
I got the mango green tea with bubbles. Usually bubbles will cost you $.50 extra. What the bubbles are basically round tasteless gummy bear that makes the presentation awesome AND it's actually cool sipping the tea and feeling those bubbles travel up the straw. Adds some experience.
Personally I'd prefer just the tea alone but for those trendy Instagram shot you gotta add the bubbles. (Don't mind my pic lol. I know it isn't the best. Wasn't going for it either)
Staff: awesome! They help you pick. Just ask. I asked for suggestion so did my friend who was with me.
Store appearance: trendy! It's the spot to get your tea. Cool seating areas. Not much of a line. People hang out even as late as 10:45 PM. When you pay for the stuff you can get your receipt emailed and sign with finger on their iPad that's built onto the POS system. Easy and efficient.
Overall: Yes go here for an experience. It's a trendy spot and get a tea that's pretty economical $3.50 + tax for medium...

My fiancé along with I have been here on numerous occasions. It is one of our favorite places to stop at. We use the mobile ordering all the time, and it is our favorite thing to use. My partner always gets the Strawberry Slush with Bubbles/Tapioca pearls.
There have been times when the tapioca pearls have been nearly hard, sometimes firm almost soft, and sometimes just soft tapioca pearls. I love having my tapioca pearls firm to almost soft. All of their teas start off with a base ex oolong or black tea. You can also select the type of toppings that you receive foam cap, jellies, tapioca pearls aka Boba or bubbles, and there are many more. There are also a lot of milks to pick from lactaid, coconut milk, and my favorite 2%. The teas also come with sweetness level indicators as well, and sometimes finding the perfect balance can be difficult depending on which drink you get. My personal favorite has to be the Wintermelon. Just reviewing this place makes me want boba. We also tip with the mobile app a lot, because they're more trustworthy than...
