I bought a gold ankle bracelet on March 20th, 2021. The man at that time was very helpful and even sized the bracelet around my ankle. We even joked about my legs at the moment. I paid in full for my ankle bracelet that day. Since then I have returned 3 times due to the links in the bracelet coming apart. I have taken off my bracelet at night time and for showers to prevent any more breakage. The first 2 times were no issue, but the third time both employers were extremely rude to me after I simply asked what my options were as the bracelet was less than 5 months old and it already broke 3 times. They both called me a liar, told me they would have to start charging me, that gold just breaks, that it’s my fault because they gave it to me new, that I was informed it was a hollow bracelet (meaning it’s more likely to break) yet they were still selling it at a high price, and one of them even laughed in my face. He even told me I was the only one complaining. I have been buying jewelry From this place since I was a teenager. I have earrings and necklaces that are still solid to this day from their store. Only trusted them with gold jewelry, so to be spoken to and treated in the manner that I was was not good business or a positive reflection of their business. They apparently have no policy or Good customer service. It may not matter to them, but they definitely lost my business and I will make sure that I leave this review...

Horrible Experience, Awful Customer Service. I am a Big Fan of supporting local businesses. But not this place!! He was very rude, very pushy. The items I wanted to purchase I had a few questions, and that seemed to be a problem.. His words was, " Are you going to buy or not" . The store was not crowded. Please be aware the man sold a pocket book and it was to heavy for my daughter to wear so I tried to exchange it for a smaller one and the policy was 30 days and it was one week he didn't want to exchange it at all . Don't buy anything from here because they won't go by the policy . $40...
