ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. One of the workers who claims she was the owner was incredibly rude to me when I was picking up a delivery order. The instructions on the order from the store said to go to the back/delivery window to pick up. I went to the front because it was a bit weird to send someone to the back, and there wasnât a delivery order pick up window and ALL SIGNAGE says to go to the back door for deliveries. So I went ahead and went to the back door and it said on the signage to ring the bell. So I rang the bell. The lady who came out didnât let me say anything, had an incredibly aggressive tone and when I mentioned to her that she needs to update the message in the app she very aggressively told me that she already has and I went to pull it up to show her and she got up close and personal and put her hand on my shoulder and said âI already didâ in a condescending manner and then slammed the door in my face. So I went back around to the front, waited in line and after 13 minutes of waiting patiently (which I have no problem doing) she finally addressed me. She asked me if I had a delivery and I said âYes, for Jessica. You would have known that if you had let me talk instead of slamming the door in my face. I need your name and your managers number please.â She then proceeded to immediately change her attitude and started getting aggressive towards me refused to give me her name just kept saying that she WAS THE OWNER and wouldnât let me finish saying anything and shut the window in my face again. She wouldnât let me say which of the two orders I was there for and when I went to the next window to calmly explain to a different worker that I was there for a DoorDash order and which specific one the lady from early came up, pushed the other girl out of the way, yelled at me while hanging partially out of the window and in my face that she told me she was already working on it, which she did NOT tell me. And then slammed the door in my face AGAIN. I tried deregulating the issue by talking to someone who was not yelling at me so I could just do my job, and she came back up pushed the girl out of the way screamed at me that she was already working on it and told me she was already working on it, and used her FULL arm to slam the door in my face all while STILL yelling at me and not letting me say anything at all. In that moment I just walked away cancelled the pick up order. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER deal with this place again and I will ABSOLUTELY let every. Single. Person. I know about this horrible experience so that they never have to deal with such atrocious customer service especially if this individual really is the owner. Take your business elsewhere, because clearly these people only want your money.
Edit: I wanted to edit to add in that after this experience I called my husband and explained to him the situation and he called the store because he wanted to see if he could get the name of the individual and she continued to treat him the exact same way. Didnât let him say anything, talked over him, and even went as far to insult my character and say I was impatient? She then also hung up on him. Just really bizarre that an owner would act this way to someone else who is also just trying to do their job. Clearly this individual didnât care how she spoke to anyone, didnât want to listen, and just doesnât care. So I have done what I needed to do, filed a report with my job towards the company for the way I was treated and will leave this review here and shared my experience with friends and family.
If you had the patience t read through my story of how I was treated, thank you. I strongly advise you to go somewhere that wonât have people screaming at you, touching you without permission, or slam doors and windows...
   Read moreWe went last night on a Friday at around 7pm. There was only 2 people working which made the line move very slow. This place has not been open for more than a couple weeks and it's apparent the 2 staff members were not properly trained.
I got a gelati and although the ice and custard both tasted good, there was very little custard. My wife ordered a blendini and it was like soup like it was made with mostly ice and very little custard. She originally wanted vanilla wafer but the girl said they were out without ever checking in the back.
Aside from the fact that the staff wasn't trained, there was zero apparent support from the franchise owner/manager. Not sure how a new business thinks it's ok to operate at one of the busiest expected times without someone to support and help out their green staff.
There's also no drive through and no organized system for a line so the line spills into the parking lot.

Always brings back happy memories from my childhood𼰠Amended Review: I have been here 5 times and always get the same thing a vanilla custard in a cup with chocolate sprinkles. Started out getting a small which was $6 and change and I kid you not it was smaller than Andyâs kids sundae/ or regular small custard which is $2.97 . So, the last two times I tried a large for $ 7 and change. I thought I would give it one last tryâŚ. Very disappointing!!!! Either these children you have serving the customers are not trained correctly or you are grossly overcharging for what you serve!! The competition from Andyâs is to great to charge what you do for what you get!! Bummer , I was so glad to have a Ritaâs here, but honestly , I will not be returning to this one. I will just wait and go when I travel back east...
