Starbucks — Restaurant in Springfield

Visited this establishment less than an hour ago and the bitter elderly woman running the register does NOT belong behind the counter of a Starbucks. When asked to compare their new addition to the menu, which I had to walk to the grocery door to remind myself the name of the drink because she had no idea which drink I was referring to, the Cinnamon Shortbread Latte with my usual - A Cinnamon Dolce Latte.. she rudely spit out, "They're not alike." When I then asked which of the two she preferred, she proclaimed from atop her high horse, "I don't drink flavored coffee, I'm not the one to ask." Wow!! First things first.. 2 separate drinks that contain 3 words in their description.. 2 of which are identical, probably have a couple of things in common. Um.. duh!! Secondly, in the world of customer service, the employee's answer should NEVER be 'I don't know' when asked about an item on the menu. At a Starbucks though, if your response when asked about a signature brew is that you don't drink flavored coffee!!??!!.. I fully assume that your are ignorant and your refusal to put 100% into this particularly 'Employee Owned' location is so irritatingly evident that I will absolutely spend my...

Really good coffee,but the food is not good and that's because it is not even food at all. And to top that all off the big shots and owners all never learned history in school. If they knew anything about history and economics then maybe they wouldn't be so anti-American. These are the type of people who rely on cable channels like comedy central to get their news and information from and it really is very sad because their coffee is darn good stuff. Some of these places won't even serve me because I'm usually wearing my make America great again hat,Donald Trump that is!! This Starbucks is fabulous. It’s a lot better than going to a separate Starbucks building and having to wait in long queues. I’ve never had an issue with this one. Staff are always friendly and prompt, I’ve also never had to wait in a long in queue. The gentleman that was working on Sunday last week was working and making drinks by himself! He’s always super friendly every time I go in and makes awesome drinks. It was a wee bit busy but I didn’t have to wait long...
