THIS IS NOT THE SUBWAY YOU WANT TO EAT AT! TRUST ME! went into Walmart to buy a few items and pass some time. I sat down in the subway dining room (which was empty) to pass a little time before I had to pick up my daughter from gymnastics right down the road. I fully intended to buy a kids meal before leaving, I just didn’t want to get it too soon so the bread wouldn't be soggy from the mayo. A female associate told me I had to make a subway purchase in order to sit there in their dining room (which was empty). I explained to her I was planning to make a purchase but not just yet. She told me I had to make a purchase at that time or leave. Again I tried to explain that I was waiting just a bit to do it but she asked me to leave. I tried to explain again why I was waiting and she told me to leave or she would call the police. She told me I was trespassing on private property and that I had to leave. I decided at that moment that this was not the store I wanted to be served at anyway so I went down the road and purchased from a different store. This subway associate came over looking for an argument as I was literally the only person sitting in the dining area and they did not need the seat for another customer. Read moreI went in here on my lunch break to grab a quick sandwich since this one was closer to my work. There was only one guy on the counter and as soon as I walk up he says something along the lines of I was hoping to avoid this so I could have some breakfast.. I said well where is your help? Oh they are in the back eating breakfast. Then he proceeded to tell me he just had to make it till 3 so he could go to Florida. It was obvious he didn’t want to be there. He rushed me through my entire order and when he had to put toppings on my sandwich he tells me to let him know if there is a topping that goes on both sandwiches so he can hurry up with this. I wanted to get chips with my meal but at this point I felt like so much of a burden there I just wanted to pay and leave. He had his personal sandwich on the prep counter and everything. He finally went in the back to get his coworkers to help after more people showed up. The sandwiches were all thrown together carelessly. Dude I get it you don’t wanna be there and no one is helping you, but show a little courtesy to your customers and be welcoming. I think management should clean house here. From now on I’ll drive 10mins down the road to the Subway...
Read moreGo to literally any other Subway. Any of them! Just not this one.
My husband went in today before he had to head to work to get me lunch while I'm at work. He told the girl a BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato, since this isn't obvious apparently) with JUST the bacon toasted, add mayo and cheese. I don't know if she heard just the bacon toasted and stopped listening, but the manager is insisting the girl made it correctly. There was no lettuce, no tomato, just bacon, cheese, and mayo. I got charged for a BLT, which is $7.09... which is a lot for a sandwich with no substance. The manager is no help whatsoever, saying I need to come in with the sandwich when I work past their closing time, my husband works past their closing time, and I'm not about to take a disgusting sandwich home with me and bring it back tomorrow. I have an infant and it already stinks after 4 hours being as it's just meat and cheese, I'm not gonna put my kid through riding with a stinky sandwich in the car. Props to your manager for sticking up for you, whoever made my sandwich, but it looks awful, and you need to listen better. I truly want you to know that. I loved Subway but this is ridiculous.
