There have been multiple wrong orders, or missing parts, to orders that the store always says they will credit but never do. This time, the entire order was wrong when delivered (ordered online, doordash delivered). Called the store, employee immediately put me on hold with no explanation. Called a second time, got booted to the call center within seconds and got put on hold. After 10 minutes, hung up and called store again. Employee wouldn't listen to me at all, sent me back to call center (cutting me off mid-sentence in the process) where I spent another 25 minutes on hold. Unbelievably rude.
Eventually, went INTO the store with receipt and online order pic. Seems my order was actually still just sitting there - two hours after ordering. And no one at the store thought to check why an order for delivery was still not picked up?? Or they certainly couldn't even be bothered to spend more than 20 secs on the phone to work it out.
After driving out of the way and going into the store, they gave us our -hours old - order and refunded with credit (though I have yet to see if refund has gone through or credit actually applied, I have my doubts at this point).
But why bother ordering delivery here at all? If you absolutely must have Pizza Hut (instead of say, Dominoes or Papa John's where I have never had an order go wrong), you'll need to carry-out to get any semblance of good service at this location. But you would be better off entirely by driving to another Pizza Hut location.

Read moreI had a terrible experience at this location, PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU ORDER. I am not one to post reviews but this is something I have never experienced especially from a large food chain. I order 24pc hot wings and when I got them they were not bread so I called and the manager answered and treated me like a liar saying that she had cooked them herself and I was mistaken. I told her I order wings multiple times a month and this was definitely not breaded, she finally agreed to resend my order if I returned the original wings so I agreed. She waited until the restaurant closed to send my order on purpose; I did not get my wings until 11:20 P.M way past their closing time. To top it all off the driver she sent was a jerk and inspected the old wings before giving me the new ones and told me that he saw no difference, at this point I had enough and was starving so I let it go. 2 days passed and as I am walking out to my car I see hot wings dumped all over my yard!!!!!! I cannot believe any one would be capable of insulting and inhumanely throw food in our yard when we had been loyal customers for years. I decided to contact upper management and all they sent me was a generic apology letter and credit. It is really sad to see that Pizzahut has lost their standards for customer service especially coming from management. We ordered two pizzas and cheese bread for delivery, and it said it was going to be delivered at 6:55 pm. I watched as the expected delivery time slowly moved back further and further, eventually reaching 8:45, nearly two hours late. Throughout this time I tried calling the Pizza Hut in Springville, the general call center for Pizza Hut, the delivery driver's number, but nobody ever answered. I even tried to start a chat on Pizza Hut's website twice, but nobody ever responded to it. My wife and I ordered this for us and our four kids, so we were all hungry and had no idea when the food was going to arrive. Finally, I drove down to the Pizza Hut in Springville to pick it up and figure out what was going on. It had been sitting there for who knows how long, but it was cold, the pizza looked weird (no toppings or cheese for a couple inches around the edges), and the sauce for the cheese bread was the wrong kind of sauce.
