This place is an absolute gem. Itās owned by a local family, who really did their homework in creating an amazing spot that feels like the perfect addition to Springville. The gelato is authentic with delicious flavor options. The store is very clean and decorated in such a tasteful and welcoming way that it makes you just want to sit and look around. The employees are very friendly. And then donāt overlook the bakery and soups! I havenāt tried the soups yet but I can already see that If the weather is hot they have something for me, and if the weather is cold they have something for me.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy wife and I were so excited to try the gelato and bakery and it did not disappoint!
We were able to sit down and speak with one of the owners for a few minutes. He told us all about their story and the history of the gelato. They were trained by a family who still runs an authentic shop in Italy that has been there over 200 years!
They have a walk up window outside and plenty of outdoor seating. If the outdoors isnāt for you, there are tables inside as well. We had gelato, tried some delicious pastries, and enjoyed the ambiance. We canāt wait for when they start serving soups!
If youāre in Springville, make sure to come by and grab a treat!...

My wife got the caramel cream and it had a very rich and deep caramel flavor. The price is on par with other places of this caliber and I didnāt feel like I overpaid. The workers were all super friendly and the service was top notch! Iām really excited to have this close to...
