Chester's Chicken — Restaurant in Springville

I have been to this location 3 times ordering gizzards and livers the first time it took 30 minutes to get my order i had to wait for the employee to bread and place chicken in fryer the second time they said it would take 20 minutes to get my order i left at that point. I went today and they said it would take 8 minutes so i waited.... The person was refilling the food in the glass case so 12 minutes latter i saw the person breading them and put it in the fryer and said it would be done in 3 minutes and 40 seconds. then went in the back and talked to another person (i could hear them) at this point i was still ok with the time. I heard the fryer beeping and i guess it pulled up still no one came out of the back . the other person only came out when 3 different customers were helped still not helping me after 30 minutes total i left and mark my words I WILL...

Food was decent today . The reason for the two start rating is due to the fact Everytime I come here the younger adults refuse to make something . The man in front of me wanted more chicken then they had and the lady clearly said "I'm not making anymore for awhile , I just made this " Literally there was maybe 10 pieces all legs. They also had no sides available but green beans and had no biscuits. I come there just for the gizzards and the last 4 or 5 times I've asked for them I was told 30 to 40 mins to make them , I know they only take 4 mins to make . These people just don't want to do there job . These workers dont understand what it's like for these semi drivers to not have decent food...

I do apologize to all of our former customers who had a horrible experience in the past couple of years and even months. I also would like to Express our gratitude to our loyal customers for their business and I hope you will keep letting us serve you. I personally would like to invite all our former customers to stop in the next time you are in the area and give us another chance to change your mind. We have recently changed management and are working very hard to ensure that every customer is heard, served, and treated with the upmost respect as well as given the quality of our service and products beyond what you received the last time...
